I am very disappointed in the way this man treated my wife. 1st he changed the time to come over to our house twice, forcing my wife to wait around for 4 hours. Then he spent 1 minute looking at our evaporative coil and said it would be $2500 to replace. He told my wife that he needed an answer right now. She explained she would have to speak with me and requested a written quote. He said, "Do you know how many times I hear that. Thanks for wasting my time" This guy is a bully and unprofessional. He tried to intimidate my wife to purchase a repair without respecting her process of simply getting a written quote.
STAY AWAY!! Although he was very responsive, he's a creep and unprofessional. We needed our a/c unit fixed and was quoted a fair price but because I didn't give him an answer the second that he quoted me without talking to my husband first, he said no deal and that he wasted his time. He fought back when I asked him for a written quote. I wasted most of my day waiting for him to show up because he rescheduled 3 times. Had he spoken with my husband, I think there might have been a different outcome.
Explained the issue before the repair. Described the repair that was needed in detail. Arrived when stated. Saved my heater on Christmas Eve. Will be calling him back for future repair and maintenance.

Brian was awesome ! He was so thorough and explained everything plainly. He was pleasant and nice throughout our encounter even in this heat. Will definitely be using again if anything ever goes wrong with our ac again
Great service, bryan had advised me the first time he did exceptional work to my system, that my Trane system wasn’t being used at full potential because of the thermostat I had. He recommended a Trane thermostat that would help with humidity and actually have system work at full potential ! I have to admit I should’ve done that sooner! As soon as Sherlock Homes finished installing the new Trane thermostat and his maintenance, we felt the difference within a couple of hours! I highly recommend Sherlock Homes!! His professionalism, integrity, and passion for his work is unmatched!! Thank you!
We have a less than one year old HVAC system that was not running correctly. Two service companies tried to correct the issue but couldn’t. One company actually made the problem worse. Then we called Sherlock Homes. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. This is my new go-to HVAC company!

As always, I can trust and count on Bryan to find the true problem and the best solution to fix it. He came out all the way to Kyle to help me with the HVAC disaster, created by a new home builder. The adjustments/repair done, already made a huge difference. The humidity levels are down and I don't have to freeze up the downstairs so much to get some air upstairs. Even if the builder would miraculously agree to take responsibility and fix the air flow design issue for a 100% functioning system, I still would want Bryan to get it fixed. I would know it's done right! As always absolutely professional, trustworthy and fair rates!! Thank you so much!!!

Brian of Sherlock Homes AC/Heating and Air did a FANTASTIC job helping us pinpoint the issues we were having with our HVAC unit and system. The original HVAC company when our home was built didn’t do a thorough job implementing our HVAC plan, so we eventually had serious issues due to this. Luckily, Brian was able to assess our system and find viable and economical solutions to the issues we were experiencing. As of today, my wife and I are finally living comfortably and enjoying our home to the fullest extent. Thanks again, Brian!
Bryan at Sherlock Homes is truly a professional. He took the time to explain what had happed to our old unit in great detail. He talked us through several options when our AC stopped working and was patient in answering all of our questions.
As someone who knows very little about HVAC, Bryan went above and beyond to help us get a new system after our previous one stopped working. Rather than just repair and move on, he took the time to properly diagnose and investigate all issues and educated me as to why the existing system and duct work was massively undersized for my home. He was able to secure an amazing system for a great price which is difficult to do because of the supply shortages so that my family was not without AC for a prolonged amount of time. Now that my new system has been installed and the ductwork meets the needs of my home, it’s a night and day difference of comfort. Usually I hate making large purchases like this, but through Bryan’s guidance and expert explanations, I see it more as an investment that’s well worth the cost rather than just an expense. He communicated and kept me informed throughout the entire installation and is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. He took amazing care of me and my family and I’m so glad we found Sherlock Homes. Definitely my go to AC company moving forward.

I attest that Sherlock Holmes AC/Heating & Air LLC is an honest, fair, hard working, and reliable local business. He has all the latest tools and in depth knowledge. He is above your traditional AC repair guy. He has come to fix my AC during hot summer nights in the middle of the night at least twice. Anytime between 10pm and 7am. He has answered the phone and come to my home to help my family, within the hour even! His prices are very very reasonable and I would love to see this man and his business become the next large number 1 business in San Antonio. Get his name out there. Use him. Decide for yourself and give his name to your friends and family!!
Simply amazed what Bryan was able to do compared to the previous technicians from other companies weren’t able to, very transparent with the diagnosis and fixes my 20 year old system finally gave out to say the least and Bryan was so informative you can just tell he takes so much pride in his work and double if not triple checks everything to ensure you are getting the best and lasting results. Bryan you my friend have got yourself a permanent customer you show no sign of complacency with all the experience you bring to the table you are one of a kind.

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting and having Bryan repair our heater yesterday. We called him and within 2 hours (on a Saturday) he was at our house and knew exactly what was wrong with our system. Honesty and integrity are at the core of his business. After calling 7 different businesses, a few that showed they serviced the zip code i reside, Sherlock A/C and heating respectively contacted me and showed up. Technician was responsible and courteous to my situation having an old system. He was able to fix it.
