Daniel and his technicians were on time and very professional in their appearance and their installation. They did not mind answering my questions. They were very neat with their work and cleaned up anything trash that was created.

Doesn't matter if there's a $7 hook to get your business if the refuse to even set an appointment for a needed repair. Take the 24 hour emergency number of the website. It's answered by a consolidation number so there's no emergency to this company. I'll get my repair from a truly local company not a "wanna be local."
Snowbear of Wichita falls ,Tx , damaged the ac freon line in the process of repairing the heating system. The service tech told my daughter what happened and would have to come back another day to repair the freon line. They didnt come back , and my daughter finally got them back out there to repair it. the tech repaired the line , but said it had no freon in it . duh , when you damage the freon line you lose the freon. he said it would be a charge on replacing the freon . they broke it , and admitted it , but they will not fix it. i spoke with the manager at there office , and she said the tech took a picture of the line , and there was nothing dripping out of it. I guess not , after 10 days. ridiculous. I highly discourage anyone to use this company. they tear up more than they fix , and then wont repair it . I did have a REPUTABLE ac company come out , and the tech said he could fill it , but I should demand that Snowbear fix it , and the line the tech admitted to breaking , would cause all the freon to be lost. Snowbear of Wichita Falls is a company I highly advise everyone not to use , and tell everyone you know the same. I understand they were better when first starting in Wichita Falls , but obviously , not anymore.
