Otis Refrigeration Services is always amazing. They take excellent care of their customers. I always feel treated fairly. I have used them both commercially and personally and recommend them highly.
These guys are amazing! Very friendly & informational. After fixing my heating unit they told me &explained exactly what was wrong & showed me the part they replaced. Awesome job!

AMAZING EMPLOYEES! AMAZING SERVICE! AMAZING AND PHENOMENAL JOB! Our home was so hot only cooling the back half leaving two of my children’s rooms over 85 degrees my 7 year old and my 1 year old. Kevin came out and crawled under our home through mud to get our duct work hooked back up to the front part of our home! As a mama, I’m so incredibly thankful for him for caring about my babies and coming out on a Sunday. I promise to check the drain more often so it never happens again! Thank you again for giving my babies a cool place to sleep! We’ve tried other companies before but it wasn’t until we called OTIS air conditioning and refrigeration that things actually started getting fixed no more band aid fixes! They do Lasting and High Quality work!!
These guys were fast to come to my house. Randy was friendly and more than helpful. Both the guys that came out wore masks wich is more than appreciated by my family. Next time your ac or heater goes out do not even hesitate to call OTIS heat and air
