Found out our HVAC fan outside was not working the afternoon of July 3rd. Called several HVAC companies in town; Otis answered right away! Technician was out within the hour and fixed our problem in minutes. Great, professional service!
Otis came through when 5 other companies could not!!! I was in a bind because I had plumbers working in my house when the AC went out (poor plumbers were dripping sweat, it was 85 degrees in the house). Otis was able to come out within 30 minutes and fixed the issues in an hour!! I was super impressed and the plumbers were so thankful! Y’all rock! Thank you so much!
Called them and they had a technician out in about an hour and a half. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to BS me about anything. Technician was very professional. I will call them again when I need for my ac needs.
Office manager is very nice and professional. I called today and my services are completed. It’s too HOT; before noon they were out to the house and done. Every time I’ve called they have met my needs immediately. Very quick response and service. Thanks Otis and crew and office manager.

AC went out on a Sunday night. I called that night to set up an appointment and they were at my house by the morning. Had the AC fixed in 30 minutes or less.
Kevin was very prompt and friendly with knowledge to share. He was relatable and explained in detail how to take proper care of the AC in the future. I will continue to use Otis Air Conditioning and Repair in the future.
I can’t believe how fast and easy they were to work with! We called on a Friday evening; someone came out to assess the problem first thing Monday, and we had a new system at a reasonable cost the next morning. The techs and people in the office were friendly and helpful.
The technician was at my door less than 10 minutes after I called. All repairs and cleanup was finished in less than an hour and everything is working great!
