John is always great and has worked with me for years.
I have used Dipprey multiple times and he was always timely and thorough in getting jobs done on my rentals. He was an absolute life saver on Thanksgiving weekend when I had a slab leak that nobody else wanted to repair on the holiday weekend in 20 degree weather.
Our drains were clogged so Dipprey plumbing came out same day to get it fixed. He was pretty fast in getting it done except for the fact he doesn't know how to clean up after himself. One of our drains overflowed due to him snaking it and completely filled the ac intake vent with black water. He told me to just take the rags and clean it up when it's his job to leave the place how it was before he got here. I'm disappointed that these kind of people are still in the trade and can't even do the job correctly. I highly recommend going to someone else. I'm sure you'll find something better.
I have used Mr. Dipprey for plumbing work for at least 15 years and he has always done an exceptional job at a reasonable price. A great professional. I would highly recommend him. Came out on a federal holiday to fix a broken copper pipe in a wall. Worked expeditiously and was priced reasonably. Definitely recommend.
Mr. Dipprey did the plumbing fo our home remodel. Excellent quality. Very pleased.
First of all, if I could give him a 0 star I would because that's how bad it was and I still have the problem. Well, it all started on Dec.27th at 9:58am of 2018, he came to my house and nocked on the door and demanded for my gate on the right side of the house to be opened even though the left one was open and it is the same distance as the right one to get to the drain. I told him the left gate is open and he right away gave me a look that he wanted to kill me and left so since I was scared for my life my husband went to unlock the right gate. He started getting his things, he didn't introduce himself or ask us what was going on at all. He just started drilling with his auger away from the house in the main line. I told him some of the different symptoms we were having and asked if it could be a vent. He looked at me like he wanted to kill me and said "how do you know," and I told him because everything I have looked up points to that because of the symptoms that the toilets are having and we also looked at the vent and it looks very different from all the other vents. He said with the biggest attitude and grin like I was a stupid idiot and just ignored it. He then said with a smart attitude. "well, if I look down there I can't even tell if it is clogged." He continued drilling all the way to the neighbor's yard and of course it didn't work so he called the city. He then told us it was a city problem and left. I still have the problem. What I don't understand is how can he come to someone's house without knowing the problem and not even come inside to look and troubleshoot the problem. He just assumed he knew the problem and started drilling with the biggest attitude. By far this was the worst bedside manner and customer service that I ever had to deal with so please if you are looking for a plumber and heating repairman please please don't go to this one. Go to Brian's Plumbing. I have used them in the past and I will use them again. They are the nicest
