Good company to work with
I’m new to the area. Had a problem with my AC. I got in touch Dalorem AC and these guys did a great job. Diagnosed my issues and got me fixed up. They also handled my insurance claim for me. Justin is great and even helped me fix a hot water heater flue after I told him it was messed up. I recommend using Dalorem for your AC and heating needs. I also appreciate Justin. I’ve met him now three times and he has gone above and beyond for me every single time. Thank you Dalorem and Justin. I appreciate everything.
Called because my heater wouldn't kick on Friendly guy answered the phone and immediately knew where to start He walked me through step by step on how to fix the issue And within 20 minutes I had my heater working Will definitely be calling for any future issues Thank you!!!

Justin Dragovich is amazing at what he does! He was so fast and has great people skills. He deserves a raise even if he just got one. The work he did was incredible. Called Dalorem Tuesday morning and had Justin arrived around noon. He was very professional and determined the problem on my HVAC unit very quickly and completed repair immediately. I believe their rate was very reasonable and will use them the next time I have problems with HVAC.
They were prompt,courteous, and got the ac working .Highly recommended!
A man named Nate came by and took care of the A/c repairs that went beyond basic troubleshooting and he got right to it, worked diligently and got the job done! 10/10

For reference for anyone looking at this review months from now, this was during a brutal summer. Called because AC wasnt working. They were able to come out same day within a couple of hours. Issue was fixed quickly, and inexpensively. The type of repairs I have had in the past from other companies in town cost around 50-100% more, and they usually couldn't get there same day. The only nitpick I have about my experience is they don't have a way to quickly pay with card (the serviceman had to call the company to put in the information, which took some time due to busy lines). Completely a nitpick though, didnt detract from the fact they were able to quickly come out and repair the AC. I will be going with them in the future for all HVAC problems.

We had another HVAC company come out 2 weeks prior to Dalorem and they couldn’t find any issues other than saying it’s losing efficiency. Dalorem comes out and finds that the heater gets tripped on while the air conditioner is running and he fixes it and adds Freon and now it’s blowing 57 degrees out the vents. The price was reasonable, highly recommended
I’ve been using this company for four years now! I was upset that my home warranty told me that they wouldn’t allow me to use this company any longer. So I had to use who the warranty company will cover. The new company comes out and of course doesn’t know what they are doing! Mean less to say I called Dan and the guys were here to fix the problem! I’ll pay out of pocket and use this company before I use anyone else!!
