Asked for diagnostic of ac unit that wasn’t cooling properly and cut was leaking causing an odor into my home. Technician came and did some trouble shooting. He was on his phone alot asking people what to do. I was told ac wasn’t leaking but couldn’t explain why it wasn’t cooling. He was going to leave saying he didn’t know what else to do. I explained that was why he was here and why I’m paying. He didn’t have an answer. Called his supervisor. I asked if he could check the thermostat which he did. It was ok. After 5 hrs he remembered he didn’t check a filter in the outside part. It was blocking airflow. He is a nice guy but didn’t seem to know much. He kept saying the same things over and over. I had to keep reminding him that we had already talked about issues and that wasn’t why he was there. Not really sure what to think.

Technicians Juan Bucio and Manuel were very Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They really are Plumbing Specialists. The work was completed in a timely manner Without any problems at all. They also treated my family and I very kindly and were concerned that we had no hot water. From calling them on the first day we had a new hot water heater installed and HOT water before noon the next day! I can only say awesome on this company and it’s technicians. Their price was also very reasonable.

Late for service appt then called to reschedule, second day rescheduled again. When they arrived on 3rd day, Ron was rude and attempted to leave house with a “RIGGED” up fix. My husband told him to remove part and he’d fix it himself. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!

I would like to share my experience with ARS on 7/3/2023. Well, prior to this date, I had a technician that came to my home to take out my garbage disposal and replace it with a new one that I purchased. After a few days the disposal would not come on, so I called ARS and the same technician came out and told me it would cost me an additional $765.00 for him to install the garbage disposal. Not to mention I over paid by paying $400.00, previously. I find this very appalling the way ARS does their business. To charge this amount for a garbage disposal, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

The driver simply lied about the job! After looking at the problem, he told me that he didn’t have the parts to repair the leak at the water main. I called dispatch and asked if they could send someone else with the proper parts. They said “put the repairman on the phone” and asked him if he was going to come back and fix the leak. He said no! I said, can you tell them the part you’re missing so they can see if they can send someone else, that’s the problem right? He said, no sir and walked away rudely from the call with dispatch. Dispatch apologized saying that they would call the driver to see what’s wrong. After the call, I asked the driver why he walked away. He said that he wasn’t sure what part was needed and had not fully assessed the situation. But he still said he could not fix it. He couldn’t even describe the part that was needed to fix the leak! He just didn’t want to do the work! He left without even turning the main water off!

Great service but it appears the upper end product line I purchased and installed by them is wrought with issues that cost over $20,000 to fix over a three year period of time. This factor alone almost doubling the cost of the systems despite the service.
