The worst thing a family wants during a heat wave is for the HVAC unit to go out. Last Saturday we woke to a hot house and the air was not blowing cool at all. My sister in law recommended Scott and I immediately called and made an appointment for Monday morning between 0800 and 1100. Steven, the technician called me at approximately 0930 and told me he was twenty minutes away. Twenty minutes later Steven was knocking at my door. After some troubleshooting and quick diagnosis, Steven gave me the bad news and the good news. Long story short. Steven showed up by himself on Wednesday to install some large and intricate parts for my HVAC which were covered by warranty, thank God. As always when it comes to large repairs, on Monday I did some research and checked out the competitors and I am glad that I trusted Scott with these repairs. By noon on Wednesday the Air was blowing "cold" once again. I will definitely recommend Scott to friends and Family for future HVAC and plumbing needs. p.s. After having issues at our daycare and have 2 other companies show up and blow smoke, I decided to call Scott’s. I was treated fairly, they understood the importance of getting issue resolved and sent someone out ASAP, they found the issue and had to order the part, they were out very next day, repaired the issue, and got use back up and going, that says it all!!! Other companies did not offer to expedite the parts and it took them 3 trips out to center to finally find the issue, 800.00 later I’m calling Scott’s they went out and verified the issue immediately and did all they could to help me. I would highly recommend Scott’s heating and cooling. They have my trust, being in the childcare business a/c and heat are a must!!! My kids are not going home looking like little tomatoes anymore. As for the other 2 companies I am respectful and I know karma will follow them( good luck)
Really bad service, come and collect the money for diagnostic only doesn’t do anything to fix the problem and everytime we callback to check they gave us an empty promise with the reason that “ we’re working on the quote “ the quote that took us over a month??? How professional????

I rent out a house in El Paso. I have had 3 companies improperly diagnose my HVAC system. Scott’s technician found and fixed my issue. This company as a hole is professional, punctual, knowledgeable and experienced. I recommend to anyone that is having issues of any kind. Solid 5 out of 5.
We recently had a plumbing nightmare which started with an under slab leak. The repair to correct the leak problem performed by another company resulted in a situation where hot water was coming from cold water faucets if it came at all and alternatively the cold would come from the hot water side if at all. Even had hot water going to a toilet! At any rate we had a mess. We called Scott's and the plumber Danny came out and diagnosed the problem that resulted in rerouting the entire water system. Danny gave us a fair estimate for the repairs. He even recommended we consult with the plumbing company that repaired the original leak to see if they would correct the problem caused by the leak repair. That was a deadended attempt. So we hired Scott's to do the extensive repair work. Bottom line, Danny, came with his crew and began working at 0830 and stayed until 10pm to complete the work. Danny is the nicest, most friendly, polite and professional young man we have done business with in our 30 years living in El Paso. We will never use another plumbing service in El Paso. The office staff were just as professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Danny and Scott's for your help in correcting our nightmare! And Danny deserves a pay raise!
My wife called for a quote for our gas lines on Monday. We mentioned that we needed the gas lines fixed because we have been without hot water for the past 4th months .They came that Monday and looked at our lines and advised they would give us a quote the following day. It’s been a whole week and we had to call them and spoke to Albert and he said that he needed to sit down with his plumber and get a quote. This was supposed to be done since Tuesday so I’m not sure why that wasn’t done when told. Albert advised he would call us back in 20 min and 2 hrs later we had to call back. We spoke to Lola and she said he stepped out and to call back in an hr if we didn’t get a call back. It is super unprofessional to have customers wait and then not get a callback or a response .

Christian Perez was on time and very professional...He was very patient with all the questions we had for him...We will continue to have our Heating and AC service with Scott Heating,Cooling...We have been using Scott for atleast 5 yrs...Strongly recommend them! We are happy customers....
they lost my appointment for furnace safety check. and when i called to find out why they didnt show and didn't call , i got bounced around a couple of times and had to repeatedly answer same questions. seems like a very unorganized front office. i won't try them again. the big zero.
They came to check why my a/c wasn't cooling. The young man cleaned out the outside unit and he did a very good job on that but then said that i needed a new compressor because ours was failing and quoted us $3000, the majority of this cost was for labor. I had someone else give us a 2nd opinion and he cleaned out the unit inside the house and got it working within the hour. The cost for this was $250. New compressor was not needed. That was 9 days ago and my a/c is cooling just fine.
I am sure they provide solid work, and the service guys that came out were very professional. They were unable to fix my issue through no fault of their own. Now, I have issue with the cost of parts. I understand that things come at a premium when a company provides a service, but a 500% markup on parts is unacceptable. If you want to charge a bit more, add it into your labor. Charging $120 for a $15 to $20 part is crazy. Before you say "it is a better quality part," I found the exact same part using the upc and part number. I should have done my research then and there, but I should be able to trust a company will not try to take advantage of their customers. If you have money to burn, you may want to call them.
After having numerous issues with my HVAC unit, I decided it was time to stop delaying the inevitable and replace the unit. I called several companies to come out and give me estimates. Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was actually a fill-in for a no-show from another company. I received a call from Oscar on that same day confirming my appointment. Unbeknownst to me, Oscar showed up on his day off. Oscar did not try to up-sell anything and encouraged me to get several estimates before deciding. After doing some research, I narrowed my choices down to two companies but chose to go with Scott because of their responsiveness. We decided on a day to do the install, and the techs showed up with the equipment and completed the job the same day. There were some hiccups with the initial install, but after a follow-up call from Oscar the next day, he and Chris promptly showed up and tied up all the loose ends. I was floored by the attention to detail and quick response after the sale and installation of the unit. Chris was excellent and patient in explaining how the equipment worked and walked around with us to ensure all the work was satisfactory. It is so refreshing in this day an age to have a company take pride in their work and make sure that it is done right. Scott Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has gained a lifelong customer. Kudos to the owner for hiring professionals like Oscar and Chris.
Very disappointed. Had them do my new furnace installation last year. Works great but this year had them come turn it on and they came very late. They apparently didn't have me in the schedule. I'll call my handyman next time.
Hvac Tech Adam was great on time, called when heading hear. Great customer service.Adam was very informative of what he did, as well as very clean work. Adam is a definition of great image of hardworking to this company.
My ac stopped working tonight. Abraham called me, listened to the problem, walked me through it over the phone and it is working perfectly. Excellent customer service and I darn sure will be using them from now on!
In the still of the night recently, I noticed a humming noise that I tracked down to my AC installation. Fearing an electrical fire, I switched the "noise" off at the electrical panel which included the compressor I was informed later. Fortunately for us Scott customers they had a responsive after hours answering service that lead to an immediate inquiry from a technician and a timely appointment to look into my problem. Once in my home he discussed my concern and understood how I determined it was the AC and then conducted a complete evaluation of my system after restoring power to the "noise". It wasn't quiet enough until the AC completed it's cycle but there was no questionable sound to be heard and it has not returned. The technic.ian, Joe, understood my safety concern and advised me to call if it happens again. I continue to be happy I selected Scott for my AC and Heating system.
Javier is very knowledgeable and very professional. We didn't know what the issue to our AC was and he was able to identify with precision. Scott AC has a good one here, recommend the customers for Javier IF he's available
Called the business for help with HVAC (shut off completely on a hot day), Within matter of hours, tech Jose Gomez was at my house assessing the issue. He replaced the parts needed, order a new part and installed that 2 days later. This is remarkable service and very professional and knowledgeable tech, big shout out to Jose Gomez!
Joe was on time as scheduled, took the time to fully explain the issue with us, cleaned up after himself, left everything as it originally was. Good, clean, professional appearance and great customer service. Will definitely request his service again! Scheduling an appt was quick and pricing was fair. Thank you!
