I needed my ice machine repaired. They were great and contacted the manufacture to see if it was still under warrantee it was so they ordered the parts and repaired my machine in a timely manor. The guys cleaned up and left the worksite in great condition.

Martin answered the first call I made and responded in an hr. After trouble-shooting the issue in person he had a crew on site and they were able to fix a problem that another company (C&C) was attempting squeeze another $2500 (WANTED ‘Up Front’)out of my elderly parents who’d already spent $3k on an new compressor. Martin donated the tubing needed to replace the cracked section and verified that a condenser replacement wasn’t necessary, then recharged the Freon. He solved a problem honestly for $500 that the other group left broken for four months of summertime heat. Kudos to this company for their professionalism and concern for their neighbors, a step up from their fly by night competitors looking to bilk seniors. They deserve every success and your business too, I recommend them highly and sincerely.
Use these folks last year so I was having trouble and called them again and they went above and beyond to get me in! Mark the serviceman was professional and just easy to work with his assistant was also very professional! Trust me they will get all my HVAC work from this point on!
