"Heath" came out on this hot Saturday in JULY to address a problem we were having. He was very prompt professional and courteous... I would highly recomend Rose City Air to Anyone.
The company had to come back to figure out the issues. They were super responsive and found the problem. My part is on the way ( hopefully). Honestly, I can’t say enough about this company and their professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. And, this includes the office staff. They are amazing! I will report on repairs.
My air was not working in this heat and they showed up on a Sunday and replaced my entire system in about 4 hours for half the price of the other bids I had. I highly recommend.

I remember living in Fort Worth and the AC went out at a rental property. The property manager sent 3 different technicians from three different companies at different times. The 3rd guy finally actually knew what he was doing. The other thing is they all had to go out and get parts. We were without ac for a week, and my wife was pregnant with our daughter. Jason already had the parts we needed on his truck. This is what preparation, and a sense of urgency looks like. Wow! Lifesaver! Will definitely use their service in the future. Came on time and knew exactly what the problem was. Got the AC back cooling fast. Also, Jason let me know about some other concerns regarding our HVAC system. Jason and company are very much appreciated.

Our AC stopped cooling today & my wife is having outpatient surgery tomorrow. No way I was about to let her come home to a hot house after her surgery so I called Heath & he sent out Garrett who did a fantastic job for us. Before he arrived the air coming out of the vents was 84 degrees. When he left it was blowing 56 degrees. If you’re having any issues with AC (or heating in a few months), give them a call.
Our A/C in our house went out at the very end of May, it took our home warranty 31 days to replace it, Rose City brought us a window unit to borrow the entire time until it got fixed. I’m 5 months pregnant and this helped so much. Our tech Canyonn was very sweet, helpful and professional when installing and coming to get the unit. So appreciate of them!!!

Heath had my unit up and running within 24 hours. He even referred and called an electrician for me to discuss another issue with. We are so grateful for rose city air!
RAVE Rose City Air I recently asked a local fb group for a recommendation for mobile home AC duct work. On Monday of this week, Will from Rose City Air reached out and offered me a free estimate. Jason came out on Wednesday to inspect my system and prepared a fair and reasonable estimate for me within 30 minutes. The work was completed today by Paco and his assistant and I am cool again 😎. Thank you Rose City Air!!
After having multiple companies come out and gives us estimates to replace ac units and ducts , Will with Rose City Air was the ONLY person to follow through with a quote and actually say and do the work(this was on a mobile home and very few companies work on them). We are very happy with everything they did, it was a lot of work for them and initially it was estimated at 5 days of work but they did it in 3 and stayed late each day. Any other company probably wouldn't have stayed past 5pm. Will even offered to supply window units for us because of how long the job was going to take. Rose City Air really goes above and beyond for their customers. These guys did way more than they had to, from replacing a dryer vent to taping up wires and digging out a mountain of dirt to put the duct work in right. They did an amazing job. Honestly, who shows up to work after having emergency surgery? These guys do. If you want to do business with a company that's full of knowledgeable techs, integrity and honesty, this is the company.
Heath came out within an hour of me calling and was very professional! He told me so much about our multiple units and their current conditions. Heath and Will are helping us be more proactive in keeping up with our units at the Discovery Science Place than just reacting once they break down.
