Friendly owner. Knows what he's talking about and does a good job
Modern Indoor Comfort Zone worked on my aging 1980s era air conditioning system and helped me understand options for replacing the old unit with a new one. They installed a new indoor furnace unit and the outdoor compressor (for a house) and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.
Came out and repaired my A/C for a good price for the excellent service. Update: not a week ago they came out and fixed my outdoor unit again. Highly recommend.
Had a system tune up, great experience! He showed up on time but thought he might be a few minutes late and communicated that to me (awesome when a business does that). Was impressed with the amount of time that was spent checking out my system and the details of it that they provided. Have used them in the past and would definitely recommend them.
Repairman answered my phone call and listened to my issue. Scheduled a next day appointment and he arrived on time. Was able to resolve my problem in a prompt and professional manner. Jesse seems to be an experienced technician and communicates with you like you are family. This was my first and only time using Modern Indoor Comfort Zone.
