All members of the Maddox team were very responsive. The onsite tech was a great example of strong customer service and worked with my wife and me patiently to ensure we understood the impact of the surge on our HVAC system and the repairs that were needed. He is a great asset to Maddox.

Alex Beasley serviced my air conditioners today, April 12, 2021, and provided a detailed and concise summary of all work performed. Alex observes all the necessary public-health safety measures and, as always, is punctual. Alex is an excellent representative of Maddox Air. Billy and his team of George, Arnulfo, and Jesus responded promptly to my request for service and estimates. These gentlemen are all excellent communicators and were able to provide detailed explanations of their work which a layman could understand. My experience with Maddox has been positive in every regard. Isaac Mata serviced my air conditioners today, May 15, 2020, and conducted himself in a thoroughly professional manner. He wore a face mask and observed all social-distancing guidelines with minimal time inside the home. Mr. Mata is a credit to your service department, particularly at this very difficult time.

This company is absolutely phenomenal! Corey goes above and beyond to provide the most outstanding, excellent customer service anyone could hope for. He went out of his way to get our AC at our bakery back up and running in no time, and even took his own time to contact the company our motor was coming from to ensure it was arriving as soon as possible. Also anyone you speak to in their office is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond as well! Absolutely thrilled to have an amazing, reliable, awesome company to do business with for years to come! 💜🖤

You must use this company. I solicited seven AC contractors. Most of them were sales people. Billy with Maddox was the only one who calculated loads and verified the size of my AC. My broken one was actually oversized so I am confident now I got the right one. Delivery issues were delaying installation and Maddox got my AC working temporarily while we waited at no cost. Who does that? This outfit were professional, installation was awesome, and I am completely comfortable with the investment a new AC requires. They will not be the cheapest, but this is an AC that is supposed to last 15 years. I wanted to be absolutely confident in such a large expenditure. They are the best. You should absolutely use Maddox for your AC needs. No doubt.
