Bradley and Casey are top notch! Integrity and honesty are hard to come by these days. First company said I needed a whole new unit after a lightning strike. Bradley diagnosed and fixed it for less than $600.00. They earned my business and if I were you I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Jesus did a good job. My cost to replace drip pan was $895.00. My guess on cost of drip pan at $300.00. Jesus took two hours to complete job. $695.00 labor to replace drip pan comes to $347.50 per hour. I also spent $100.00 to diagnose problem. Spent another $79.00 for new drip line that didn’t fix leak. Can you please explain high labor rate/cost. Will not recommend till explained high labor rate.

Very professional, friendly and courteous. David explained everything to me that he did. ETR has excellent technicians and service.
My thermostat failed during the night and I could not shut off the fan which was blowing cold air. Tyron quickly analyzed the problem, got the fan turned off, replaced the thermostat, checked the heating system to ensure there were no other issues and left me with a warming house. I am most grateful for his swift and efficient work.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!! We purchased our house last fall and the A/C went out the first of June. They offered to come out the night it went out, but we opted to have them come during business hours. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They diagnosed the issue, got us a quote, and went to bat for us with our home warranty company. Travis worked graciously with me to figure out the most cost-effective way to get us back up and running. He did the work to get us a great product and get us taken care of. I won't be calling anyone else in the future. These guys set the gold standard for service, excellence, and customer care. Thanks, ETR!
Everyone we dealt with at ETR - reception, technicians, sales, and financing - were all professional and thorough and didn't hesitate answering questions. Christian and Hector really had a tough job replacing the old system in our even older house with a shiny new system and a cool wifi thermostat, but they did a great job and were just top-notch installers. Johnathan, an electrician, also had to come out because our old wiring wasn't up to code. He ran new wiring from our electrical panel, through our scary crawlspace, over to the other side of the house next to the outdoor unit to install a new smaller panel so we could safely run the new HVAC system. And he did a bang-up job, too. All in all, we were very pleased with their work.
Bradley did a great job, not only accessing the problems, but also taking the time to explain the problems in great depth, so that I could have a better understanding of the issues.
Love using ETR for my new home systems. Always very responsive and always take care of us!
