We’ve used Coy Dodd on several occasions and are very appreciative of their service. We feel that other companies have maybe tried to take advantage of us. We trust Coy Dodd and we trust Angel…the best technician in the land.

These guys are great! My AC went out, and they didn't have the fan motor in stock. It was ordered...got here fast...and I was in business! Very nice people. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my inquisitive questions. 4/13/2022 update Once again, I had problems with my air-conditioning. Coy Dodd came out, diagnosed, found the "manufacturers solution", and ended up with an alternative solution that saved me $300! You cannot beat these guys!!
I had about as great an experience as anyone could hope for with this company. My AC went out July 4th and by end of day July 5th, Angel had me up and running. He arrived during the two hour window they estimated and was able to diagnose the issue and make the repair inside of 2 hours. He was professional, personable and readily shared useful information throughout the process. I will absolutely call Coy Dodd the next time I have an issue.
I had a problem with my house not being able to cool down to a reasonable temp. Even in the morning, the temp is in the high 70s and cannot reach the set temp of 75. I can understand it not being able to get low during the day when the outside temp is 100, but at night, the units should be able to cool the house. Measuring the temps of the air at the vents, they're not even cool. The A/C guy came and checked the outside units and in the attic and said the system is fine/refrigerant is ok, and ended up just cleaning the coils. This did NOT fix the problem nor did it identify the problem with the unit. Now, I'm not an A/C pro myself, but I checked the temperature of the air after the expander myself, and it's in the high 70s. I would expect the air temp at the source to be cool (like in the 50s) for a properly functioning A/C unit. How can the house cool down if the source is not cool? I feel that an A/C professional should have recognized this and should have done more to diagnose the problem. Will be calling a different company to come and figure this out.

I am absolutely impressed with Coy Dodds Air Conditioning, Inc! From the time Jeff came out and gave me an estimate and through the time of installation of a new heat and ac unit, I was treated professionally, fair and courteous! The installers went the extra mile to fix my siding where the unit had to be replaced. As a single woman, that was huge! Also, the value can NOT be beat! I had 5 other companies come give me estimates before having Jeff come. Thank you for putting your customers first!
We got exceptional service at the last minute today from two technicians Mark & Ben! Our heater would not kick on last night and it was a bit chilly in the house this morning to say the least! Mark and Ben were very professional and proficient with their time knowing I had to get back to work! Thank you for the services today and wound highly recommend them! Thanks Denise & Rick Neal

Coy Dodd installed the original American Standard system from my brother-in-law 12 years ago. The outdoor coil developed a leak last Sunday. To get it running his wife called another company to come out. The other company charged the system but it wasn’t cooling again after not even 24 hours. The other company told them that the unit probably needed to be replaced. I reminded my brother-in-law to call Coy Dodd and get a second opinion. Coy Dodd’s technician Mark Rogers came out today found the leak within about 10 minutes. He repaired the leak in the system is up and running again. My brother-in-law and I are very grateful. I would definitely recommend Coy Dodd to anyone looking for top notch HVAC company. A lot of HVAC contractors just look at a 12-year-old system and tell the customer it needs to be replaced not Coy Dodd.
Great business! Stephanie is The Best at helping you out when it’s hot outside and, unfortunately, Inside as well! I was a new customer but she had someone out that very afternoon and took care of the problem quickly. Very competent and professional; I highly recommend Dodd’s!
Called Coy Dodd Air Conditioning when our AC stopped working. They came out same day and got it fixed quick! Great service and great people. Highly recommend.
I called on a Friday morning and they were at our house by 2pm that same afternoon. The technician changed the contact and starter kit on our larger outside unit and gave our smaller one a look over in about an hour’s time. He still took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. He even gave us insider tips on our older units instead of just sales pitching to replace them. EXCELLENT customer service for a very affordable price!
