Wow!! Such great service with the plumbing parts we needed and the price was under ten bucks!!! We will definitely return when we need more plumbing parts!!
After visiting a local "Big Box" store regarding some plumbing questions I had, I was advised to go to Coburn's of Tyler. Let me just say that my experience was exceptional. Not only did the service person answer my questions but he went "above and beyond" my expectations and loaned me a Fostapex trimmer tool to get me started on my plumbing project. Thanks for the advice and outstanding service. Upate: I came back for an HVAC part now a year after my first experience with plumbing help. I am pleased to report that I had an experience just as satisfying as the first. Coburn's had the part I needed on hand even though businesses are struggling with getting inventory. The price was also more reasonable than competitors who didn't have the part in stock and couldn't tell me when it might be available. Do yourself a favor and check with Coburn's first. You won't be disappointed.

Unhelpful, uncaring. More concerned about closing time which was almost an hour away than helping me. Never want to come here again. Left very disappointed .

I had a tankless water system put in and it takes 2 min for the water to get hot. The plummer says he talked with Colburns and the manufacturer and they say to have instant hot water I have to spend another $500. This is highway robbery when you’ve already spent $3500.
Last of a dying breed. Great place cares about their customers and has great pricing and backs up whatever they sell.
We met with Ashlie to set our house up with fixtures. We bought our three kiddos along for the meeting. Ashlie was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. We highly recommend her and Coburns. Very happy with their service.
The staff and management no longer care much for their small customers. They will not try to help if you need a part researched. And they stick you with high prices.
