I really appreciate that Paul listens to the wife’s opinion too. It was nice to have a voice in matters generally handled by men. I also appreciate that he did minimal damage to our home while finding the culprit to our water leak.
I recently had C Woods send out a tech to replace a cut off valve for an ice maker. It took 10 minutes for the tech to replace. The work was fine. The tech was pleasant. The cost, 270 dollars, was totally an abuse and not in line with cost of materials and time of service. I feel taken advantage of royally. Anyway. I paid the asked cost therefore also purchased the right to post an honest review of services I received for MY money. I got what I paid for, but I DID NOT get my moneys worth. If I need plumbing services again I will try another company first. I would recommend the tech, but not C Woods.
C. Woods does a great job with quality and efficiency. Paul Herndon came out (he remembered being here a few years ago regarding another issue), and he was professional and courteous. I will continue to use this company.
Excellent service! They scheduled our both appointments And came on time. They fixed a water pressure issue and and fixed our old air conditioner in just half an hour! We highly recommend them for any of their services! They make sure to send you a technician as soon as possible. We highly recommend technician Gabriel Araiza for any air conditioner’s issues.
This is one review im happy to take the time to give. These guys were outstanding! Came right on time. Quickly found the problems. They replaced my water heater and found a leak in my plumbing and got to work fixing that problem. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a great job fixing it. One of the guys even put on a toilet seat he noticed i had purchased just because he noticed it sitting there. Cant speak highly enough what that little gesture meant on top of the 2 big jobs they were already doing. Thanks again!!!! Id recommend this company to anyone!
The 3 techs and the adjuster that showed up to replace our a/c were absolutely amazing. They were courteous of my night shifter husband, kept me informed, and gave me the best options for routes to take when a couple of problems arose. After talking to people around town, they're a bit high, but we were happy to pay more for the quick response and quality work!
Since my introduction to C. Woods Company, I have found this team to comprise of individuals who are very skilled, trained, responsive, professional, and most of all kind & considerate! I had a water leak repair that was given much attention and detail to. I was updated on the progress which I appreciated. Messaged to let me know they were on way. Professionl, courteous, answered my questions fully, serviced our AC and gave me information on how to operate the system more efficiently. Completely satisfied and will continue to use this company.
The ac wasn’t getting down to temp. The tech found the Return air was coming in at 90 degrees with the inside air being at 71 degrees. Obviously hot air is getting into the return from somewhere, most likely the attic. The straightforward fix would be to find the leak in the return in the attic and patch it up. The solution the tech wanted to sell was to completely redo the return. Very disappointed in the recommendation and the lack of determination to find the root issue of the problem.
When no one else either didn’t answer their phone or didn’t return our calls, these guys were right there to take care of us. As someone who works from home, I’m on calls all the time. These guys were very professional and considerate of my challenges with scheduled conference calls. I’d highly recommend them to anyone. 👍
This company responded quickly and got us going with around an hour of work for a clogged condensate line/overflow + added condensate overflow detector. Hoped for smaller bill but satisfied with work so far.
Came much earlier than my original appointment. My HVAC System AC broke down & C-Wood’s repair person was outstanding in his service, & explanation. We got my son on the phone to tell my son that a bad capacitor that the serviceman replaced that most likely caused damage to the motor. The serviceman recommended I replace the motor but we elected to postpone the motor replacement until it stops working. I know what amount I would need to save for to get get C-Woods to replace it. C-Woods is an excellent company to do business with.
The tech was the best. On time a huge smile and great attitude. He answered all my questions in a simple way for me to understand. Best of all he was willing to answer those questions. This visit was as perfect as It could be.
Best plumbing service I’ve ever used. Can quickly to fix a broken sewer line on a Saturday. Technician gave me a quick quote and did the repair all in a very short time frame and it wasn’t a routine job. Thanks!
Daniel was amazing when he came out to our home. He didn't try to push us to do unnecessary repairs or replacement. He was very honest and an absoult pleasure to have at our home. We have had many issues with other companies that try to just make a sale and c. Woods definitely is not like that. Daniel the tech that was at our home treated us like friends would. We will NOT use any other company PERIOD!
This company has the best customer service and works hard to get your needs taken care of as quickly as possible. I have never had such wonderful service from any other company and we look forward to using them for all of our AC/heating/plumbing! I recommend this company 100%!
