Call to repair, less than 3 hours on a Sunday. Our family has used C. Davis many times and are always pleased.

I purchased a PRO Nest thermostat for $375. It had a 5 year warranty. It never worked properly and when I complained the tech came out to check it and charged me a service call while under warranty. I paid it but complained. The owner then told me he didn't like NEW generation Pro Nest and wanted to install a Honeywell thermostat. I assumed he would credit me for the Nest, He told me that Nest would not refund him and that he would get me a new one that I can sell. It says on the box of the new one that it can only be installed by a professional. and that SALE without professional installation is strivtly prohibited. I'm stuck with a NEST unit that sells for under $200 at Lowes. The Pro Nest costs more because of the extended warranty, but must be installed by a pro.
I’ve been waiting for three months to have them finish installing ductwork, bathroom vents, return vents and more. I was explicitly told that they would be back to finish the job, and bring everything up to the quality they agreed to deliver. Unfortunately, the finance company paid them everything at once instead of waiting until the work was completed and now they do not return phone calls or emails.
Been using CHAVIS exclusively for years. Great folks to work with. Clean, professional, and they know what they're doing.

We highly recommend CDavis Heating and Air. We had them replace our old system and we were very impressed with their professional, knowledgeable, service. They took the utmost care to keep our home clean as they worked inside. They also took the time to answer all our questions. We were very pleased to learn our new units were made right here in Tyler, Texas!

These guys are the best! No matter how busy they are. They have always had great response time! Professional work at very reasonable rate. I recommend them for sure. C Davis Heating & Air is the BEST! Both times we needed air conditioning repair(two different issues, three years apart), Cameron and his crew worked together to get us up & running ASAP. We're at least a 45 minute drive from their offices, and this most recent repair they had our issue taken care of within a few hours of my initial call. Immediate attention to our needs, swift remedy, very professional & courteous, and thorough. Excellent service with quality & integrity! Thank you Cameron, Ashlynn, Ryan, and the rest of the staff at C Davis; you are truly a cut above the rest!
We had to have 2 new units installed and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys!!! Cameron and his crew are very professional and friendly. They were on time. Accommodating and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend them for any and all your AC needs!!!
There is never a good time for a system to need replacing, but CDavis and their team did a fantastic job! Highly recommend.
