Air Pro Elite is amazing. The air condition in the AirBNB went out at 6am. Our guest was very awesome and patient. With this Texas heat we just knew that it would be a wait list. We contacted them at 6:15am. The response time was perfect. I spoke with Mr. Hawkins and immediately he said that he would be there within the hour. Mr. Hawkins was very professional and punctual. According to our guest they stated that Mr.Hawkins introduced himself and done the job, while doing the job Mr. Hawkins was very quiet due to the fact that others may have been sleeping. Air Pro Elite saved the day and many days to come. Our guest extended their stay because of the great hospitality that was shown to them. Thank you AIR PRO ELITE for being the best!!!
AirPro Elite hands down is the best, Rod has stood behind his work and dedication to provide the best service, our AC unit just went out and parts were going to take approximately 2 weeks to arrive, he went out of his way to pay extra to get the parts sooner just so that we could have our AC back as soon as possible. The technician arrived really early to install the parts needed and had our unit running in no time, excellent excellent excellent service, will keep using AirPro Elite from now on. I wish I could give them 10 stars because they do deserve it. Thank you Rod!!!

Would 10 out of 10 recommend them! I called on a Saturday, when the heat was 108 degrees. The owner was at my house within 3 hours. New fan was installed asap. Fast, courteous and great value.

Scammers. Charged a $170 consultation fee and tried to charge a close for a blown compressor when the cold air went out.... Then estimated that it would be $1,600 to fix (and that was a "low-ball" amount according to him), saying it would be awhile because they had to order the part. When we got a second opinion, the guys said it was simply a lose cord and fixed it in one day.
Great service. Was here an hour after I called. Fixed our thermostat, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly technician, and fair competitive prices. I’ll be sticking with them for all future HVAC needs.
Wow I called they responded within 20 minutes. Explained my issue and received a fair quote. They showed up early and finished as promised. Good to find someone who sticks to exact quote. Highly recommend.
Air Pro Elite just replaced my HVAC and did a fantastic job. The entire process from estimate to installation was professionally done and we couldn’t be more pleased with their performance. Rod watched over the installation to insure a smooth process and the crew was hard working and attentive to every detail. Great value and great people. I highly recommend their service.

The a.c at Texas Tire had been out for two days other places couldn't come for days but Mr Roderick was here within 20 minutes and had our store back cold before the end of the day. If your having problems this is the man to call.
