WHY WOULD YOU ADVERTISE 24/7 so called 'SERVICE' when over 3 d.a.y.s. you dont even respond in any manner? I have issued a report to REMOVE YOU FROM "HOME WARRANTY" LIST! And THIS WAS NOT during a storm event so drop that excuse! I am a disabled veteran... thanks for NOTHING.
We called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to look at my mother's air conditioner. The gentleman told us he had a tech free, and they could come out the same day between 2pm and 6pm. At 5:10pm we called to confirm that they were still coming today Tuesday. At that time he tried to lie and say that he told us he would "try" and get out there today, but it wasn't for sure. When I called my mother's home warranty to cancel this company the same gentleman called us liars, and told the warranty company that the appointment was for the next day Wednesday along, and that he never said anything about the same day appointment or having a tech free. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Now my elderly mother has to be without air conditioning until the home warranty company can find another technician. Terrible customer service from this company.
The folks at EVERYONELOVESAIR were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They gave me a date and time and sent updates frequently. I appreciate their explanation of the problem and their willingness to return if I needed additional assistance. I also appreciate their great work ethics. Thanks again EVERYONELOVESAIR!!
Used them through my home warranty company American Home Shield to replace an HVAC system. I saw that they had great online reviews, so I looked forward to working with them. My system qualified for a replacement upgrade of which I utilized. Complete inside and outside new hvac system. Although at times I feel like I had to chase Everyone Loves Air for updates/communication as to scheduling my install or where we were at in the process (between them and American Home Shield), other than that, working with them was awesome. And their techs were on time, super nice and even allowed me to move the outside unit further away from a bedroom window. Very pleased.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brett Brandon and Seth. They're completely professional while they're working they compliment each other's work. They take their time and have no defeatist attitude just determination to get job done right. They take a lot of pride in what they do and it truly shows they even cleaned up their area perfectly. They're extremely polite and they treat your house like they would their house. They are all extremely knowledgeable and explain to you what they're going to do and answer all questions completely where you understand it. They are punctual and communicate and let you know when they're on their way. Please give these people a try you'll be more than happy that you did. Thank you everyone's air for having an employees like these find professionals!! Remember everyone loves air!!
Heater went out on Christmas Eve and it was below freezing. Tech was here very fast and fixed the issue quickly. Can't recommend highly enough. This is the HVAC you want to use. Thanks!
John was our tech that came out and he was very professional and kind. Turned out nothing was wrong with our unit, just can't keep up Werth the low Temps. He didn't even charge us a service fee. I would highly recommend John and this company.

Called them on the Sunday right after Thanksgiving and they were there in 20 minutes. Fixed my problem in about 10 minutes. It was the best experience I have ever had with any service provider around Cedar Creek Lake. These folks are incredible and so professional. The charges were appropriate for the repair. Very honest - no attempt to do anything that wasn't needed. You can't go wrong calling them for help whenever you need it. They are the best!
