Scott always goes above and beyond to help.
We paid $400 to have our ac hooked up and less than a year later it almost burned up because the welds were bad outside and all the freon leaked out.... So we had to pay someone else another $470.36 to fix their mess up....
I am sure they are great when you are plugged in to their good ol' boys network but we are new to the area, so I guess we don't make the cut. We purchased a brand new air conditioning unit...completely paid for it...it doesn't work. They have ignored phone calls and texts for weeks and weeks. If you have any heating and cooling issues and you run across these guys, do yourself a favor and run away! They don't even deserve the 1 star rating I was forced to give them.
Was recommended by a friend who grew up with owner- I was new to area and knew nothing of the surrounding businesses- I strongly believe in word of mouth- They are very trustworthy-reliable-reasonable-stand behind their work -very pleased with their service and expertise.
I do not live in Center but I have an elderly Uncle who lives in the Grigsby/Aiken community who could not find anyone to come out and check his A/C. My son who use to live in Center several years ago recommended Scott and I passed the info to my Uncle. He said that they come out within hours of him calling and were able to fix the problem and charged a VERY reasonable price. It is nice to know there are people out there that don’t try and rip the elderly off.
Mr. Scott is awesome. Haven’t had a bad experience with him yet. When he tells you he will be there he is and the work is good.
