7/1/23- Saturday during this heat wave and AC stops cooling over night. Trademark (Jason and Eric) come thru again! 5 year old AC system - warranty part - timely, and quickly serviced! Excellent company. Highly recommended! ******************************** I have one number on my refrigerator for any and all home repair needs! Eric is professional, timely, detailed and knows his job! The company offers very competitive prices and beats out the competitors for cost, warranty on parts and labor, and quality of the equipment and parts installed. I could not be happier with Trademark Home Services. They explain everything and really allow the home owner a comfort level in having a reliable, less expensive, and professional service. Both AC units went offline at the same time, Eric replaced the main breakers and both came back on line
My neighborhood experienced a power outage due to storms that knocked out my A/C, which I did not know about until the next day. I immediately contacted Trademark and my favorite technician, Mr. Eric, was dispatched within a few hours. He was able to assess the issues and repaired my A/C in a timely manner. I have been a customer of Trademark for a number of years now, and have never had any issues. Their customer service and on-time response is awesome!

Contacted Trademark letting them know the urgency of the needed repair to the sewer line at my home. The technician arrived promptly as requested and completed the needed repair and ensured that everything was working in good order prior to departure. Definitely would refer.
I've been using Trademark for a number of years. My first experience with them was with a tankless water heater install. They did such a good job that I switched all of my AC repair and inspection to Trademark as well. My area is covered by a gentleman named Eric who is a joy to work with. He's a jack of all trades and always does the job right. I absolutely recommend Trademark Home Services.
The technician arrived on time . My thermostat was not working. Once he determined the problem, he went to get the new thermostat, and installed it efficiently. The price was reasonable.
I hired Trademark to inspect the plumbing and HVAC system in a house I'm planning to purchase. They were very professional and recommended the tests that were needed to ensure proper function of the systems. They were very communicate and I was informed of all results promptly upon completion. Had a blockage cleared in the main drainage line cleared in the AVC System.There was broken pipe that dripping into the ceiling causing damage to the ceiling.Trademarked immediately came out fixed the problem. I’m very grateful for their quick response and concern.
Very easy to work with Trademark Home Services and I feel relieved that they check our AC and Furnace as well as water heater twice a hear. Their technician is always timely, polite and helpful.
I am very pleased with this company in regards to helping me perform maintenance of my tankless water heater. Every other company stated that they only provided repair or services for problematic issues. Jason and Eric were very professional. Great service from mr.Eric knew exactly wat the issue was troubleshooted & found that the capacitor had fail fixed right on the spot Highly reccoment this guys I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
These guys installed our HVAC system in 2017 and we have not had any issues until today. I called for them to come out on a Saturday in the pouring rain and they were very responsive and did a professional job of eliminating the issue. And the service charge was very reasonable for being a weekend call. Thank you Trademark.
Alex from Trademark fixed a broken condenser fan and capacitor on my AC. He came out the same day even though it was late in the afternoon. He took the time to call the manufacturer and try to claim the cost of the part under warranty as well. Shoe coverings were worn inside the house at all times. Trademark has good cost and great quality of service. I will be calling them for all future repair needs (AC, plumbing, electrical).
I have been working with Trademark for two weeks to repair a shower. They have not tried to find the part I need and have been very unprofessional. Today, Eric yelled at me over the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and do not complete work as promised, then change stories when called on their lies.
Technician Eric arrived on schedule. Very professional and friendly. Went to work inspecting the ac unit in the attic and outside. Replaced the air filter. Very efficient. Works clean. Very satisfied. Have used this service for HVAC and plumbing. Have always pleased me with their service.
