We have been working with Tracy and his team for many years. Whenever we experienced emergencies, we always had service within 24 hours. We started doing annual maintenance with him and it has reduced our number of emergencies. I really appreciate him warning us in advance when our unit was nearing end of life. We have replaced 2 units and his warning has given us time to save. He takes his time to explain the issues found and the service options available. There is no pressure to select expensive options. I love the text updates notifying us of their expected arrival. The team is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to have.
They never called back. I have called 3X. When they answered in the past, they were fast and good at fixing AC. Update!! Good news, they came out to diagnose my issue. June 2023. I guess they were really busy.
Nelson and his crew arrived at the estimated time, were courteous and professional, and gave an estimate for how long the job (hot water heater replacement) would take. They finished in the given timeframe and after completing the job gave a explanation/review of safety features and operation of our new unit!

If you are looking for a company that is Honest , affordable and has good service call Tracy A/C & Heating they will take care of you like family . There is no one else I want working on my AC . Tracy has lots of knowledge about AC systems and is very honest .

We called in our service and within an hour we received a phone call from TRACY AC & HEATING contacting me to schedule our appointment. They came within a few hours of the service call and within the estimated time of arrival they gave me at when the appointment was scheduled. They came in, found the problem, and fixed it. They had us back up and running that same day. We were able to make it to our sons first football game band halftime show thanks to your company and your promptness. I have used Tracy AC & Heating for a couple of AC repairs over the years. They’re always on time and they do quality work. I have no complaints and would recommend them if you need fast, professional and honest work done.
The entire install happened while I was out of town. The communication was excellent - letting me know when they were in-route to my home, the estimated job duration, and when they were done. It really put me at ease. Tracy AC & Heating has a great reputation and I definitely recommend them for AC services.
A good honest company. Tracy and his crew did a great job installing our new a/c unit. Cleaned up after themselves and didn’t make a mess. Helped us out tremendously when our a/c unit quit on us.
Technician came and went outside to the unit and fixed the issue within 5 minutes.
We contacted Tracy for a second opinion on our HVAC installation, which showed problems right after installation. Tracy and his team showed up the next day and he gave his honest opinion and suggestions. They were punctual, professional and very courteous. Later, our original contractor agreed to correct the problems and we are very appreciative of Tracy's tips and response. Thank you.

I have been using Tracy AC & Heating for 4 years now. Tracy is trustworthy, professional and always on time. I have also referred him to my elderly mother who I felt had an A/C company taking advantage of her. After Tracy going out to service her A/C that was the case and it was an affordable quick fix and not what she was being told by the other company that want to replace her unit. I will always use Tracy for any of my families AC or Heating needs.
