I highly recommend this company, their plumbing division. They were on time, efficient, and well communicate from the start and through out the job. They were able to re-pipe the whole house in one day. Great company from start to finish. Thank you guys!!!!!

We had a tech from the big "7" company that installed our system come out to look at our unit. They had the original service contract and installed the last system we had replaced. Low and behold, they quoted us a price for a repair using a part they said they couldn't get, plus 2 quotes for a new furnance. True reached out when I did a search for more bids, sent Nathan out in 2 hours and he figured out the problem, found the parts, & fixed the unit for 1/3 the price of a new furnance. We now have a service contract with them.
I had a wonderful experience! The service tech was very polite, and explained what he did! Also, made an phone call to my husband to explain everything to him, too!

I initially contacted Temperature Pro with some questions and concerns about our new HVACs recently installed by a different local company. Eric patiently listened and was so kind in sending out a technician the next day to begin troubleshooting. We were completely blown away by the expertise and knowledge of our tech, Nathan. Within minutes of his assessment, it was clear that he knew far more than any of the other HVAC companies we had dealt with in the past. He truly spent his time evaluating the system and offering sensible solutions - it immediately eased our anxieties. Communication and scheduling was easy, and their customer service went above and beyond during a very stressful time for us!
Arrived at scheduled time ,was polite and very knowledgeable, fixed the problem ,now we have heat .
Jorge is very knowledgeable and will guide you through the process of repairs as he completes them.
Jorge Flores came to do routine maintenance in our a/c-heating system. He was on time and very polite. I showed him the thermostats and entry to the attic. He proceeded to check out the unit. After checking out the system I signed the required paperwork and he left. Jorge was such a nice and polite young man while he was here.

My ac went out unexpectedly 2 days prior to making calls to different air conditioning companies. I called 3 different companies and wow. The level of professionalism and hospitality from this company here outshined the other 2 by a long shot. I could have had my ac repaired over the weekend on a Saturday but instead opted to wait and go with TempsraturePro on Monday instead. Eric is I believe the owner and he was my first point of contact. Very hospitable and caring. He set me up and even explained that it was stormy so he couldn’t get his techs out today because he wanted to protect his crew ( I am 100% okay with that and I respect it) Second point of contact was to book the appointment affirmatively. I forget her name but she was super friendly and you could tell she wanted to help in any way possible Mind you this was all just over the phone, but I knew they were a cut above as I work in the service industry myself. Now the Tech, Nathan, very informative showed me every step of his process. I felt comfortable and we had a great conversation all the while. TemperaturePro, you’re in the business of people you just happen to service HVAC equipment and you do a great job in both categories. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help staying cool or warm any time of the year! Ps: really awesome tool, they send you a pic of your technician and you can track his routing on a map to get an accurate eta. Thank you TemperaturePro!

They do an awesome job. Always punctual which I love. Nothing worse than someone say they are going to be thete and not show up. Very good crew their technician Jorge has come by a few times and has done an amazing job. Highly recommend!
Eric, Nathan, Jorge, and the crew are the best. Installed a new AC for us back in April at a reasonable cost, and helped us out with a plumbing issue not related to the AC that was patched together (not so well) by the previous owners. Nathan did a great job checking the system over and making valuable recommendations on making our house more efficient. My wife and I highly recommend them!
Nathan came out for the fall maintenance. He was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also helped with the air knight purification system and answered all the questions I could think of.

Recommended by a friend. Initial visit from the sales/services rep to the house was OK. Requested financing information if directly with the vendor, I was told Yes, but I was instead applied for a loan with a 3rd party company, that when I realized proceeded to cancel immediately. Finally decided to proceed with the work, so I was told I would receive confirmation of their visit the night before, instead I was communicated the day after that the installation team was in their way just few minutes before they arrived to my house. Installation team seemed knowledgeable but during pre-job inspection a major confusion raised between them and the office, as the parts ordered were not entirely correct and missing for the work needed to be performed. Installation team without shoe covers inside my house, when I asked if they had show covers they told me they only had cover for 1 shoe (there were 2 installers). The AC unit in question in the house has never been repaired, it came like that from the builder. Decided to cancel the job.
Jorge was very professional. He knew how to service the ductless mini split A/C unit and even gave me some tips at the end. Would highly recommend TemperaturePro.
