Very professional service. The isolation team were respectful, courteous and did not leave until the job was done. Technician explained the whole process to me and even came back to my property on installation day. That is great customer service and being in the service industry, I really appreciate the hard work they put in. Thanks, Bob, and your time for a great experience!
The technician found the problem and saved me from a big headache. It was a melted fuse inside the electric box. This could have caused a fire. Thank you again. Will be using your service if needed in the future. Matts Heating & Cooling is the best.
Wound up with a dud garbage disposal in my newly purchased house and called Matts Heating & Cooling to help figure out the best step forward. Ben was friendly, professional, and on time and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue while offering some helpful tips on maintenance and upkeep. Would definitely call on them again for future service if needed.
My AC was giving me grief just recently so I called a number of companies to get quotes. I selected Matts because of the level of professionalism, they managed to send a consultant to my house within the week. We decided to purchase a new AC based on our conversation. And the installation took place in a timely fashion. 100% Approved.
This business is a hidden gem in the Northeast. My heat stopped working late in the afternoon. Called for a service call. The tech said he probably couldn't get out that day but definitely the next day. He made it that night!!! Awesome. Diagnosed the problem. He even told my husband the heater should last another 15 years. What business tells you that? Most businesses want to sell you things you don't need. His honesty is greatly appreciated. This is the 2nd time I have used them. This company is honest and knowledgeable.
Ben did a remarkable job with my AC repairs.Through the years they have been doing a remarkable job with seasonal checkups and suggestions. They have always been very professional yet friendly.Their price is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Matts Heating & Cooling. They explained in great detail how they would replace my furnace and air conditioner, also providing pamphlets on what products they would use, no other company that gave me estimates did that. I met Chris at my neighbor’s place while installing a furnace and I asked him to come and inspect our air conditioner that was acting up. Chris told me all the issues that needed to be looked at and was honest to tell me what was not necessary. It only took him less than an hour to get it fixed. His pricing was also reasonable. Greatly impressed.
