Contacted these people some time ago. We were thrilled with the offering and provided a down payment. We ran into some tough times and reached out to continue the repairs and even with the understanding that we would need to estimate the work again. With all that, they took thousands for the down payment and ignored us. Beware because this is just down right shady and wrong. They call that stealing where I'm from.

Around 6 yrs ago American Heating and Air started taking care of our needs. Every year they come out and check our system to see that we have no problems that would cause our wonderful cold air to stop. They have always been very professional and even on the weekends they always have a smile on their face. I kinda bother them by asking crazy questions, but they always take the time to answer so I understand. The gentleman that come are very professional and I would give them a 5 star rating always and I always.
Generator is being installed. Electrician not informed of exactly what was to be completed and plumber not prepared the day he got here either
American Heating and Air installed an AC/Heating unit/ and new ductwork a few years ago. There was no high pressure sales and their prices were the best in the Houston area. They call and remind me about yearly maintenance and have good pricing. The technician is always on time and is very professional. I highly recommend this company for your A/C needs.
American Heating and Air was informative, efficient and quickly and completely took care of installing our A/C unit. They are always available 24/7 for any questions or needs. I recommend them highly!

I had American H&A come to do an A/C tune up to my salon. The service tech Rusty called to let me know he was on his way, once he arrived got to work and checked everything. Took time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his skill. Gave good recommendations without any pressure to do it immediately. I will be using them again in the future.
Very Professional and and 5 stars to this company, I was without air for 2 1/2 days trying to find a company I could trust and not be swindled like before, some companies only want your money and don't care if you are without ac I'm so glad I found Scott with American Heating and Air they are honest and Reasonable. On behalf of my mom Joan Traylor due to her not knowing how to leave a review I'm doing it for her at her request lol. She said these are the best group of guys. She had no air in this Texas heat so they put a window unit in for the weekend until they could get the part on Monday. Monday they where there and worked all day until they got it fixed. How many people would do that? Thank you guys so much

I work in the solar industry and there are times our clients need A/C work done or even full replacements. I refer all of my clients to American Heating and A/c and have yet to have a client go with anyone else other than them as well as they always have great reviews on the work they do. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling needs!
I picked this company out of several for a 3 unit complete system replacement. They were the most amazing work crew I have had the pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly and will be having them do our future maintenance as well.
Excellent company!! We were very pleased with Scott and his team. Rusty and his guys came out and had a new unit installed by the end of the day. Very respectful and easy to work with.
Air conditioner went out Saturday morning on a day that was predicted to be in the high 90s. Rusty came out and told me my 15 year old unit was not going to be able to be fixed. Gave me an upfront and to dollar replacement cost, and worked with us to schedule installation on Monday. The installers were fast, thorough, and efficient. Had the split unit up and running by late afternoon, and only after certifying everything was done correctly. Jacob and his partner were fantastic, hard working young men. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
They responded quickly and fixed my ac issue. Cost was reasonable.

This is an excellent company. Very respectful guys. It was great dealing with professional people that speak English , in repair service this is a rarity. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable work. I was told my price was a spring price....glad I didn't wait till summer prices.
They are awesome, they have great upfront pricing with no "hidden cost" as you run across so often. Scott will work with you if he can, regardless of the situation. He is a great guy and he has awesome people working for him as well! They have been there when I needed them regardless of when or where, even in a pinch.
Based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone! I called for service in early June and received a quick response. After that everything went "South". They overcharged my unit. The tech told me that my unit was old and made an effort to sell me a new unit. He said that I'd have to replace my unit after 2020 because my unit used Freon 22 which is very expensive. After he left I called another company as my unit was making terrible noises every time it started. Fortunately the other company responded quickly. They found the unit was overcharged and removed over 4 #'s of Freon. The service tech from the other company said the overcharge could have 'blown my compressor and other valves". I called American to complain and was told the owner was not there and would call me back. The owner never called. My bill was reduced from over $550 to $404.
