Excellent units at a reasonable price. The installation day went smoothly with him and one of his workers. I would 100% recommend and perhaps most telling, my super immediately took his contact information after seeing his work.

My AC was out in the middle of the Texas heat (100 degrees+) and they were quick to promise that they would come out and fix it at 4pm. They proceeded to process my payment and then I waited hours past the time and they didn’t show up. I called and they said that they wouldn’t be able to do it until the next day. Very unapologetic, 0/10

Highly recommend Gibbs Heating And Air Conditioning. Zac was a complete professional. He took time to diagnose the cause of our leaks and gave us options along with estimates for each option. He returned promptly the next day with the parts to complete the job, took time to educate us on how to properly maintain the system going forward. We will definitely call upon them for our HVAC maintenance needs!

Earlier today Zach and Tony came by to install a new unit. They were professional, courteous, made sure I was informed on the specifics, got me what I needed and did an overall great job! They accomplished this while also maintaining social distancing and wore masks throughout completing their work. 5 star service!
Called in the morning to schedule same day service. Not only did they not show, when I called to get an update they wanted to reschedule for two days later. They were very prompt in issuing my refund when I declined to reschedule.

Love this business! Fast, affordable, professional. Installed my new Heat/Air unit, hauled the old one out and left the site cleaner than they found it. Ken is upfront, honest and a pleasure to do business with. When I called 2 years later for an issue, they were here in a couple of hours and it was taken care of in just a few minutes. Just cannot say enough good things about Affordable Heating, I'm a customer for life.
Ken was very helpful when coming by to do my plumbing maintenance as well as addressing some of my concerns about garbage disposal and my water temp. Performed a thorough check of everything and explain all the testing along the way. Work was overall quick and he was friendly as well. He got the job done. Gibbs came by within an hour of the diagnosis that my AC had failed. This was great for me considering it was very hot outside there! Walked me through the options of a new system. Was very thorough and detailed with the highest degree of professionalism. I was impressed with their response time and blown away that they have next day installation. Everything done to my satisfaction. Overall would highly recommend.
My techs Gibbs and his helper were right on time. They even called saying they were on the way. Gibbs clearly explained everything with the furnace repair and was very efficient. We just had Gibbs Heating And Air Conditioning repair and perform a complete cleaning of our furnace. We renovated our house a year ago and did not realize how much dusts were collected in the system during the renovation. The technician took care of everything. He repaired the system first, then came back to take apart the furnace and did a complete cleaning inside and out. Highly recommended.
