Great service reasonable price
Replaced my old A/C unit, very receptive to my concerns, punctual on install appointment, great communication throughout the entire process I highly recommend
We had a new heat pump system installed. From the moment we contacted PRK until the installation was completed and the invoice paid, it was a pleasure doing business with PRK. Jason is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and make us feel comfortable about our investment. He and his crew were prompt and efficient with the installation with no trace left behind other than our new system. Angela and the office staff are friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend PRK to anyone.
Personable and professional
RPK was able to quickly get someone out to service my heater on short notice before the Temperature was expected to plummet. When Sam arrived to look at the system everything seemed to be in working order so he did what he could and gave it a thorough once over. My devious system had decided to stop functioning properly the next day and RPK was able to get another tech back out. This time the system didn't try to hide it's problem and one quick gas limiter sensor replacement had the system back up and running properly again. Both technicians were professional and RPK was able to provide excellent service!.
Josh and Brian installed a new roof unit for my apartment. They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. A+ service all around. They’ve also been out multiple times to charge the system before the apartments decided to go with a new unit. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Came out on a Sunday morning, an hour after I called. No extra charge. Brian was knowledgeable and had it fix in no time. I would very much recommend this company and would only use this company for any future needs. Thank you PRK Service.

Ryan and Sam were the technicians for today- they were extremely professional, got the job done, found other ways to make our AC system run more effectively, and explained those options. They were very polite, explained everything they were doing along the way, and I would without a doubt recommend them for any AC needs.
Called to see about refrigeration repair on my food truck was told they don’t service food trucks I nicely explained that my fridge is the same that would be in a restaurant it’s just not in a restaurant .. but it’s a commercial fridge just the same. They proceeded to tell me “it’s different” not sure how they would know that without a make, model or having details. Either way “I can’t service your fridge because it’s on a food truck but if that fridge was in a restaraunt or home we could” just doesn’t sit right with me !
Young man named Oz came over....(Osvaldo).... I had called late at night the prior evening because my air died! They said they would be over second thing in the morning right after their first appointment they had scheduled and they were here right on time! Oz the young man who is totally professional and was able to explain everything to me as I peppered him with questions! My unit is 17 years old and they got it up and running again and when it comes time to replace this unit I will be calling Oz back! He represents this company very well and I appreciate the service! Recommend!!
AC not cooling very good in a bedroom. Came out assessed that there was not enough air flow. Installed a damper and much cooler. Great people. Would strongly recommend.
PRK went above and beyond in taking care of our needs. Repaired only what needed to be replaced. they are the only ones you should ever use. Honest, Professional
The technicians arrived on time and did an overall good job on installing the condenser and air conditioning unit. They were open to additional suggestions I made and followed up with my caulking request. I have been very pleased with the results. I would recommend PRK Services to anyone interested in a mini split system. Their work plus the warranty makes this an excellent value.
Very professional, didn’t try to oversell me. I needed two new units and they were able to take care of it. Thermostat had an issue on night one (not a PRK issue) and they came out immediately to fix.
I had The technician Osvaldo to work On my AC unit after hours and was Able to troubleshoot the problem . He did so in a very professional Manner and with a great attitude towards trying to repair The problem. Outstanding young man! Excellent service!!!
After a few different companies came out and weren't able to get my A/C cooling effectively they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a week. Very impressed!
