Let me tell you about HIgginbotham AC, amazing!! They came out to a property we were renting on a Friday night at 9:00, not to mention, it was a holiday weekend. The ac was fixed as soon as possible on one of the hottest weekends of the year and they saved our family trip! Highly recommend.
Greatly LOVE this company, my name is Platinum Pat and i approve this company. I was having MAJOR issues with my central unit and they came out same day and fixed my issue for a VERY reasonable price. Thank God for them. Josh Is the best.

We purchased a used manufactured home and need the a/c moved by a pro. Higginbotham came out, removed refrigerant and stored I for us. We had to wait to get power run to get a/c hooked up. We did have an unfortunate series of miscommunication mainly caused by my own family. Once things were figured out, they made an extra effort and came out to hook our a/c back up late at night. It was a lot of work. The one tech had to work by headlamp and flashlight. He was there til 10:45 pm and was super tolerant and kind toy nosy 12 yr old. I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer. Their office staff, especially Nikki, were super patient and kind. Can't imagine any better!
My parents recently had Higginbotham come out to their seasonal home in East Texas. Higginbotham diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently and effectively. Their unit was 20 years old and options were given for replacement. The replacement was accomplished the very next day. Their services were fast, and professional, and everything is working great now with the HVAC system. Higginbotham is highly recommended if you are in need of A/C help.
Technician was polite and quick, even made a point to remove his shoes when entering the house. He had no problem explaining what the posible problems were and what solutions to expect. I appreciate that they made time to come check my unit so quikly in the unusually hot summer.
I cannot say enough about how much honesty matters in small town America. And these guys are as honest as they get. Josh came out and got our ac blowing cold in no time flat. My family’s problem became his and now we’re sitting in comfort. As hot as it’s been and is surely to get this year, your response time and service is greatly appreciated! I will recommend Higginbotham Air Conditioning repair to anyone needing their A/C worked on. They had a very professional look, and attitude while working on my unit. They are very reasonable on price and were very quick at coming to my house to work on my unit. I can't say enough good about them, but if you need to have your system worked on, definitely give these guys a call.
