McNatt installed my new HVAC system and did an outstanding job. Their proposal was straightforward and understandable so I knew exactly what I was getting. The service techs were friendly and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned the work area when they were complete. The new system works great. Very happy with their service and heartily recommend.

My wife and I built a new house and moved in on 12/05/20 and McNatt was the subcontractor on this build chosen by the contractor. On 10/09/21 (a Saturday) I was calling McNatt for repair on my AC system because it is freezing up and not keeping our brand new house cool, just 10-months after installation. I called on 10/02/21 two times before 10AM and again at 3PM before someone answered the phone. Once I spoke to someone a repair tech was at my house within the hour. No chance to leave a voicemail was ever given on my first 2 calls earlier in the day. After an hour of problem tracing, the repair tech said a valve of some sort on my brand new AC unit was faulty and causing a restriction, which was causing the unit to freeze. The tech did not have a replacement part, nor did his boss, nor did his warehouse. They would need to contact the manufacturer (Carrier) on Monday. Now my family of 5 is expected to be ok with no AC from Saturday to Monday when someone from McNatt can try to located this one small part which needs to be replaced on my 10-month old AC system, just so that no further damage is possible to a compressor that's under warranty. Recap: - 10-month old AC system freezing up due to faulty part (yes, installers you are responsible for the brands you install). - Doesnt stock replacement part. - Family of 5 expected to go without AC in south Texas until a part can be located.

We recently had all of our old duct work replaced and McNatt did a wonderful job. The employees were always early/on time, worked tirelessly until the job was complete, extremely neat, cleaned up after themselves, polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend McNatt AC & Heating to anyone who is looking for a great HVAC company.

Ted expertly diagnosed our problem, which had been missed by two previous technicians. On today’s visit, Ted and his helper, Destiny ,provided the solution to our problem. UPDATE- our issues finally got resolved and I wanted to be fair in my review. I do still think it’s a lot of problems for a system so new, but now that my house is cool again I hope to not have to call them for a very long time. —————————— Our builder used them for our AC system in our new construction home and we’ve had nothing but issues ever since we moved in two years ago. I would seriously recommend you use literally anyone else in town. These people do not care about your home, comfort, or providing a good service. I’m likely going to have to spend thousands to have this issue fixed but hopefully I can then relax in my properly cooled home.
I would highly recommend McNatt! Our AC went out right before we were going to have a big party. It was a holiday weekend, and yet his response time to the service call was exceptionally prompt. He identified and fixed the problem within as short period, and had the AC working before the guests arrived.... McNatt to the rescue! Thank you!

I bought a new home almost a year ago that had the AC and ductwork installed by Mcnatt and have had hot spots in half of the house with poor air flow. They had techs come in multiple times to try to adjust things with no success. I even paid them install a return vent in the master bedroom in the hope of improving airflow with no success. I decided I should try installing a mini split to help cool the master bedroom and asked them for a quote and they never responded. Luckily this led to me calling a different AC company for the quote and after 5 minutes in the attic they told me that the ductwork was too large for the unit installed (which was undersized for the house). Even the return vent I paid mcnatt to install was sized incorrectly. After I paid the other company $2k to fix the ductwork, I finally have a house that actually gets cool, no thanks to mcnatt.
Our AC unit was 18 years old and not very efficient. We had around 7 different companies give us an estimate. We also were in between a 4 and 5 ton unit since our first was 5 ton and 2nd was a 4 ton. Chad the owner came personally to give us this estimate, but also told us what was wrong with the older unit and the installation of the ducts. He assured us that a 4 ton would do the job. With the older unit some of the rooms were colder than others. Not only that the upstairs was always hot even with the thermostat being there. He enclosed the inside unit since the builder didn't do it and under the unit also. The bottom intake was being compromised with openings which would cause the coils to get dirty. He also resized the duct coming right out of the unit. It was oversized that it was causing the rooms upstairs to be hot. If and when we have had a problem Chad has promptly responded. This new unit has saved us over $469 in the four months since installing. We defintely recommend McNatt AC. I waited this long to post to make sure we completely satified. Thank you Chad
Highly recommend McNatt!! Our tech, John was very professional and friendly. He arrived quickly and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found to be the problem.
McNatt Inc came over to my house to double check another AC company's work late on a Friday afternoon. I'm so glad they did! The other AC company said they couldn't find the problem and saw nothing up in the attic. I paid them and they left. I called McNatt to come out to double check and they ended up pulling out two full five gallon buckets of water from the secondary drain pan. The other company didn't even bother to check! McNatt Inc is very thorough with their work. They checked everything out and completed the job. My drain was clogged and if it were not for McNatt coming to my home to double check there would have been water coming through my ceiling. They are very reliable and were the original company to install my AC. My house is four years old and this was the first problem I had with my AC. He suggested to occasionally put bleach in the line to keep the build up and problem happening again. I wouldn't trust another AC company with my home again!
Have used for several years and they have a wonderful staff and always take care of our needs.
They hire then tell you nevermind a week later services suck.
Disappointed!I contacted McNatt AC company for issues with humidity levels, a PVC pipe drain that was leaking on the outside of my house due to the air condition, and lack of air flow to two of my bedrooms. A technician came out to my home, fixed 1 of 3 issues. He informed me that he did not know how to check humidity levels nor did he know how to check the lack of air flow. I spoke with the owner Mr. McNatt and he assured me he would be out to my home within 2 days because he had all the tools to check the humidity levels and lack of air to the bedrooms. The day before he was expected to arrive he called to confirm. The next morning the owner called and told me that he was not going to come out to my home because he wasn't the person who originally put in my air-conditioning system. He continued to make excuses as to why he wouldn't come out to my home after he had promised to come out with no additional charge. I paid a technician who was not knowledgeable in all the areas I had requested services for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AIR CONDITIONER REPAIRS, the owner lies to customers and they will take your money without addressing every problem by using unexperienced workers!!!! I was not asking for free services I was asking for a resolution. My house was built in 2014, so it's a new system. DON'T USE MCNATT. They don't follow through. I will make sure to inform all of my friends who are homebuilders as well!
