Amazing customer service! Our A/C went out on Saturday night so we called Bill the next morning (after seeing great reviews & recommendations from others around Robinson.) He answered the phone on a Sunday morning & was at our home within an hour. Found our issue, had the correct parts on hand & even walked us through recommendations to make the most out of our current unit (the unit that was sold with our manufactured home was NOT large enough for our square footage but Mr. Bailey helped us on ideas to make it work for the time being.) I love the fact he is a local guy & someone we could count on during a Texas heat weekend! Thank you!!! We look forward to working with you in the future & will always keep your information handy!
I returned home after work and immediately knew something bad was wrong with my AC unit. I called after hours and Bailey Heating & Air responded right away. He stated that they could come tomorrow. I received a call/text first thing in the morning and they were on their way. They explained what was wrong and was able to get my AC back and running. I was thinking worst case scenario and stressed about finances. Nope they fixed what needed to be fixed and it was very reasonable! Thank you very much for coming out as fast as y'all could. I definitely recommend this company.

Bill Bailey installed our home A/C unit in 2019 and we were beyond thankful for his quick installation and the excellent unit we have enjoyed these past years. We were particularly interested in a unit that controlled humidity and his suggestion did not disappoint! We needed the unit checked this week and he made an appointment the very next day. He answered all my questions and gave me clear and easy instructions for some basic yearly maintenance. Bill Bailey is honest, hardworking and cares about his customers. Waco is so lucky to have him!

Having lived in multiple cities across the state and also owning many homes I have experienced all types of contractors and service companies. Bill Bailey AC has to be one of the best, friendliest and most responsive service companies I’ve dealt with. Through a series of upgrades we now have a Amana Comfortbridge System in our Robinson home and can’t give enough Thanks to Bill Bailey and his excellent team of HVAC Professionals!!!
Highly recommend! Bill was honest with us about what we needed and didn’t try to oversell us, he gave us a great deal, and was able to get in and install our unit so quickly after we contacted him. Amazing service, 10/10!
We purchased an Amana heat pump from Bailey 12/8/2015 and had a 2 year contract. We had a problem on 11/18/2016 and called Bailey. He said he was going on vacation for a week and we could run on emergency setting for that time. We tried to reach him the next week but he didn't answer. Finally the next week he answered and told us that he had sold his business. I called the one he claimed to have sold the business to. They told me that they did not buy this company. After that we could not contact Bailey. We filed a Consumer Complaint. We had to call Lochridge Priest to fix our unit. They explained that the unit was fine, but was improperly installed. Bailey is dishonest and does shoddy work. I would not recommend Bailey for any work ever.

The owner Bill Bailey is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My HVAC went out overnight and I called him in the morning. He arrived within an hour and got my HVAC back up and running. He explained the issue well, fixed it quickly, and his rates are very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
Bailey Air is professional. Always on time. They get your A/C up and running quick without issues. They fixed my business A/C and my home both this year. Great prices, and the Owner Bill Bailey takes care of his customers.
