Joe did a great job installing an AC for us. He has a great reputation in our neighborhood--multiple people have used him and been happy. Joe was professional and honest. He did what he said he would do: the AC turned out well and the price was fair. I would definitely use Joe again.
Joe came into my AC situation in the middle a warranty drama with Lennox. Both of my Lennox units were under warranty but Lennox did not want to provide the needed parts to correct the problem. Joe did all the fighting for me and took care of the problem. Both units have been repaired under warranty.........no thanks to Lennox. Joe and his crew were great to work with during a overall bad situation.

Joe is super knowledgeable and has not only diagnosed a blown fuse over the phone but also preformed a full checkup of my system after another company quoted me 500-10k. All I had needed was a new capacitor! Call Joe for your needs he's very trustworthy and is the only hvac professional my dad and uncle use and will be the only one I call from now on.
AC on a house we had purchased went out two weeks after moving in, during the hottest week of the year, the unit was installed by the previous owner in the last year. The compressor had gone out for an unknown reason . Joe got us a new AC unit installed under his service warranty to the previous owner, he was prompt, punctual, and its been working great since he came.
I Have a whole ac system installed from river oaks heating and air. System is LG split units and they are just over a year old, my bedroom and living room unit quit working. He came out said it was low on Freon re charged it and left. (Freon does not just vanish but he did not want to troubleshoot) 2 weeks later same issue, he blocked my number so I called from a different one and he said he would come out, so I took off work so I could be at home when he came. He never showed then told my girlfriend late the night he was suppose to come that my service warranty has expired but my parts warranty is still active and I need to get someone else to service my units. So now I’m out a day of work and still do not have ac. Beware my neighbors have had multiple issues with him as well. Do business elsewhere. If I could give less stars I would.
