I use Brown Service for all my service checks or repairs/installations. Totally satisfied and would highly recommend their work and personnel.
Just purchased a home and have been remodeling. Set up an appointment and had Shane come out and look at our system as it was not cooling our house. He stated that the current system did not have enough return vents, not enough supply vents, and needed to be zoned since it was a two story house. The crew showed up when promised, worked hard when here, were very clean and professional. Shane answered all of our questions and walked us through everything. Told us that if we had any questions or concerns to please contact the office and someone would come back and help with anything. The changes to the system are night and day. We are so glad we did not have to buy a new unit. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you!!
Brown Service did an outstanding job for us. Shane took time to explain everything in detail about the install, time, and price. The crew and workmanship were outstanding. The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. Prices were fair and timeliness of the install was spot on. We will hire them again to do our second mini split install.
The ONLY thing I did not like was the price. But when you replace a 30 year old Heat pump and all duct work and everything else it’s not a cheap thing. The crew was the best I would call them right now if needed.
I have been using Brown Service now for about 3 years and they have always taken good care of myself and my family. Anytime we have had an issue they have always gotten to me quickly and gotten me taken care of. One thing I love is that they don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. They recommend things they feel I need, but aren't pushy about me buying. Greatly appreciate their hard work and how nice their office staff is. Highly recommend.

I found Brown Service Co on Google and thank heaven I did! I had contacted 5 other HVAC companies to come out & give me a bid to get HVAC ducts ran to our back bathroom as it has never had heat & air since we purchased our home in 2006. 1 contractor out of the 5 I contacted actually showed up but never sent me a bid telling me his techs were too large to fit in our attic. I never heard back from that contractor. From the 1st time I called Brown Service Company 4 days ago to meeting Jimmy for the 1st time later that day, Brown Service Co has been AMAZING! The bid was fair. Jimmy is VERY knowledgeable & a "good ole boy", my favorite type of contractor. I had a deadline of today due to being in the middle of a bathroom remodel & they made it happen. They came into our home today as promised and completed the job. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend Brown Service Co & their phone number is now permanently in my phone as our new HVAC company.

I had a Fall tune up on the heating unit. Chris was the technician. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the unit. Once completed he sat down and explained the values he obtained. All checked out okay. Chris was very professional in not only his work but his presentation. I’ve used Brown Services Company for over 20+ years and highly recommend their company and services.

Chris, our serviceman, was polite, efficient and friendly. His knowledge let us know about another problem that we had and are getting repaired. We've used Brown for a number of years and always found them to be very good at what they do. We will continue to use their services.
Zack was our tech who was very knowledgeable and explained alternatives. Our air unit died sunday . He explained the process. Financing and got us the unit we wanted. The 4 installers were also incredible. They worked as a team and were polite. Their attitude was awesome even w 104 weather and heat. Cleaned up and Were a pleasure to have in our home. We are happy w our new unit. Great job to all involved.
My mother in law has used Brown Service Company for years. My spouse and I decided since Brown Service know the history and all information we needed to keep Brown Service. To this day, They diligently have maintained our our AC unit in and thermostat. Zach, the young man came out and serviced our AC and everything he took care of He explained the purpose for each part etc that was needed t maintain quality AC use and a lower electric bill. From the tech Zack and Samuel and Mrs. Sabra in the office handling the service. Everything was excellent. We wanted our A/C unit to be working to the best of its ability for the hot TX summer. Tons of other companies were booking us out 2-3 months out due to it not being an emergency but Sabra new it was important to us to get the unit cleaned to work to its best ability. It was going to be about a week but they had a last min cancellation and was able to get us in the next day. They rock! Thanks!
Extremely Reliable and Trustworthy! I called around to several AC companies and felt like they weren’t being upfront with their prices. What I found with Brown Service. The quote I received was the price I paid. Not to mention, their workers made me feel comfortable with leaving my wife alone at the house while I was away. You can’t be too careful today. Before deciding to go with Brown Service, I spoke with the owner Shane prior to them coming out because I felt I was getting the run around by another business. He explained everything in detail and how I could actually save some money if I would let them install my new AC unit the way they wanted to. In the end, I ended up saving over $500! If you’re looking for superior customer service and a reliable company. I highly stand behind Brown Service Company!
We received exceptional service. I will definitely call them if I need any future HVAC service. I called them late Monday they were here by Tuesday before noon. Texas heat is no joke and considering the minimal time it took them to make the service call I can’t complain. They said they couldn’t get someone out till the following day and I completely understood, I’m sure their phones are rigging off the wall! They were prompt and reliable. Texas went from 80 to 105 over night and we have been over 100 for days now. These AC people are working hard and I appreciate their tireless service!
