Always affordable, on time, knowledgeable and polite
Bradley A/C is the best. Answered our call on a Sunday night and had us scheduled for Monday repair. Highly recommend Bradley A/C. Not our first nor our last time using them.
Service was excellent! I called at 7:30am with my AC not working, a technician arrived by 9:30am and fixed the problem within 10min. Technician was very friendly and professional. Will definitely repeat business.
Thank you for another Great Job!!! We have used them for over 20 years..
Brad and his technician's were able to diagnose and repair our AC. They were able to keep us cool until the new coil arrived. They do a really great job.
Always very responsive.
Excellent customer service, great prices. Very honest, they don’t take advantage of us their customers. I have and I would recommend this company for installation, repair, and servicing.
We have used this company for 30 plus years. They have always been quick to respond to our calls and so helpful to repairing what we had and when the time came, to replacing the systems.
Thanks for your quick response, excellent service and proposal/repair. My HVAC was not draining properly but Jon was able to make it work. Thanks again R. Escobedo
I had Bradley Air Conditioning install a central AC/Heating unit in my railroad caboose but did not want to see the duct work. They hid everything and it works great. A truly fantastic job on a project that does not come along very often. Last year, I had them install central AC/Heating in my shop and would recommend them to anyone with any project.
Brad and his team have shown customer commitment and did come back and resolve the problems encountered after the installation. Brad himself kept in close contact with me and did not leave us out in the cold. He will be installing an extra feature that helps with A/C air quality at no cost to defray a bit frustrating experience. His communication and customer care is great and I would still recommend him and his team. ————————— The comment below is what I originally wrote and, it still reflects how I felt at the time. Since the original installation, we had serious problem with the installed system. The plenum box has not been installed properly (no weight support installed for it) and the connection between it and the rest of the system broke off causing the attic air to be ingested into the system. Bradley team was responsive to our call and came back and installed the support. It seemed good at the first look but, the system started struggling with cooling the house again only to find out today that the plenum box has fallen off completely. Me and my wife have been sick and miserable due to this for several days now (infected throat, sinuses) and experience was terrible. Called Bradley air couple of days ago and they scheduled someone to come today and they did come but basically just repaired what was done the last time. The person left the house without saying a word to me (I did not know they left) as I wanted to discuss the installation and ask for something better. I called the office to complain and they hung up on me. Not happy with the experience at all and I am afraid I will have to call them again. "Extremely happy with Bradley’s team work and service. Quotes always by far the best of all the ones I collect. They installed furnace and new coils on my upstairs unit two years ago and now complete system replacement on the downstairs unit. Great communication. Local, family owned business. Highly recommended."
As always, Bradley Air Conditioning came through with flying colors. They evaluated the system and repaired what was needed. It was only a loose connection. They made the repair and that was it. No fictional repairs or charges. This is why we have used them for a very long time. We will call them anytime we need a/c service or even a new system in the future. Thanks for your service.
I have been with the family owned and operated company, since 2014! (Father and sons.) I will always call them for my HVAC needs! ~ They found a serious issue in my other home, that another popular HVAC company was not revealing or helping with; but just kept coming out limping the other system along. ~ ATCO ventilation was completely descentaarated, (can’t spell it,) and it was blowing into my home through the ceiling vents. ~ Brad had a test done, which showed five molds that I had been living with, and health had been going downhill. ~ It did not cost and arm and leg for him to do all the major things to correct and clear my home. ~ This is a company and family that you can trust. They also honor and offer a military discount. ~ May God bless and protect you Brad and family. 🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
Jon was on time and very professional. He diagnosed our problem and performed the maintenance needed. It took a few tries to figure out what the problem was. It was the thermostat. He installed a new one, gave me 3 options. Everything is working perfectly now. We will use them again.
They stand behind their work. Warranty is real. Fair prices. Punctual. Only fix what’s needed. No high pressure sales. Brad and John are a good father son team !
We have used Bradley Air Conditioning for many years at two different houses. They have always taken very good care of us
Had a refrigerant leak in 2 AC systems that are 6 yrs old. The builder never registered them so there was no warranty on file plus we were the second owners of the house so the warranty wouldn't transfer anyway. The company that we had a service contract with quoted us more than $14K to replace both air handlers due to the excessive leaking at the coils. We were told they could not replace or repair the coils by themselves due to the complexity and reliability of sealing new coils. Instead they replace the entire air handler when coils start leaking. We called Bradley Air Conditioning because we wanted a 2nd opinion. They were close by and also I noticed on Google they had a near perfect rating with 46 reviews. Jon from Bradley AC came out and did his own analysis. Told us there was indeed a leak but it was very slow and had not yet caused any major corrosion. He said the coils were still in good condition and for a leaks this small they could treat with a sealant. He assured us they have been treating small leaks with this sealant for many years and have had very good results. After adding the sealant, additional refrigerant, and labor, total cost was $508. Savings of more than $13,500!!!! Both units are now stable and no more leaking. Jon said he will be back in a week to double check the repair. So from now on we're calling Bradley Air Conditioning for our yearly maintenance and all of our future AC needs. Here's my 5 star review and testimony to add to their near perfect rating.
We have 3 units in our home. For the past 9+ years we had a large name HVAC company servicing our units. A few months ago the, now fired, HVAC company said all of our units needed to be replaced. It was going to be $35K to get our AC unit back to what we needed. I wanted a second opinion, and a neighbor recommended Bracley A/C. Jon visited our house and was able to determine that all of the parts that needed to be replaced were STILL UNDER WARRANTY! This saved us a ton of money. And now we have a reputable and reliable AC company to turn to in the future. I highly recommend the company.
I reached out to multiple HVAC companies to come by and quote what it would take to replace my 19 year old system. Each of the potential contractors were unaware that I am a construction project manager and have decades of experience managing projects. Bradley was the only company that came in and quoted what I actually needed to have a new and effective hvac system for nearly half the cost of all the other companies that attempted to upsell me and my family on a new system. They completed or project in less than a day to boot. I highly recommend this company...
These guys are very good. The owner is very decent man as well as his sons. They will always respond in time. They an excellent job. We are very satisfied with the service.
