I have used end zone twice. They have always done a great job at a fair price. Oscar and his crew are too notch!
Endzone installed my AC system brand new when my house was built which is now 2 years old. I have had them come out a couple of times due to problems with my heating and air. The most recent was because my heater was not warming and the inside unit was continuously running. At that time my system was 1-1/2 years old. The tech came out and said the system was low on freon and he had found a leak on the Schrader valve. He said he replaced them and filled my system with freon and the work was done under warranty. He never checked the inside unit. I then received a bill for over $1,000.00. I called and asked to speak to the owner of Endzone and never received a call from them. 4 months later the same thing happened. I had another company come out and found the coil was leaking and was told due to the amount of oil around the leaking coil that it has been leaking for quite some time. This could have been caught if the tech would have simply removed the panel from the inside unit. I would not have to be dealing with this if the tech would have properly diagnosed the system.
Worst heat and air out there

Jay did an amazing job and was true to his service. End zone is fast with answering service calls and execute out the service! I would highly recommend End Zone. Awesome customer service as well!
We have used Endzone 2 times now and they have been great. They arrived here within 24 hours and fixed our problem. Very professional and friendly on the phone and in person. Definitely recommend them.
Very satisfied with the work that Jay And Orlando did today. They put in a new system for us. We were out of an AC system for five years went through different vendors. Endzone Give us a good deal that we couldn’t pass up I recommend them to anybody. Good customer service as well
It was Memorial Day weekend and the AC unit went out. I called and got put on a waiting list for Monday, but they surprised me with a Sunday repair. Jay, was professional, thorough, and quick. EndZone is in my phone now and I am recommending them to my extended family.
Called Endzone cooling and heating for service. they replied very quickly. Came out and diagnosed the issue with my AC. Took care of the problem right away. They are proffesional, clean and very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them. Had my AC coolong the same day!
EndZone heating was awesome! My wife and I are building a new home that is almost completed. We were faced with some terrible news about our system. During the construction process the refrigerant line was punctured. We were looking at having an entire wall taken apart to replace the line. The representative Jay was wonderful in helping with this problem. Jay was able to come up with an idea that didn’t involve the destruction of our home. He was able to re-pull a copper line through the same pathway the existing one was in, saving us time on our build. Jay went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

After the freeze came through we have been opening windows and enjoying the weather. Recently, we turned on our A/C to hear a LOUD vibration, we even had things fall off shelves from it. We had a local (Pleasanton) A/C repair company come out and give us a $4500 quote - saying it was the coils and compressor - a pretty big expense. We needed a 2nd opinion and called EndZone - our repair was $225. ***$225!!!!*** Jay came out and immediately pinpointed the issue and recommended us try his easy fix first and... IT WORKED!!! Local, honest and affordable you can’t go wrong with giving them a call. THANK YOU EndZone!!!!
