This is by far the best HVAC company in and around Titus, Camp, Franklin and Morris counties. I have probably tried nearly every, if not all, companies I could find in the area and have never been happy with any of them until finding Brummell’s. This unit had sat dormant for three years waiting for a change out because of poor previous diagnosis from other companies. I was told the board was fried and needed complete change out by one company. Another said it was a bad thermostat and then blockage that could not be fixed and needed a complete change out. The second company charged me $275 for a service call, a new thermostat (dealer price $35), told me my $300 Ecobee WiFi thermostat was junk and needed a complete change out. When I called Brummell’s they came over in less than 24 hours, during the busiest time of the year. They called before coming, arrived promptly and were very friendly. They repaired the unit and only charged for the service call. So in less than one hour they resurrected a unit that had been declared dead by two previous companies, sat for three years and could have been easily repaired. If you have ever thought a company may be giving you a bad diagnoses (like you need a complete new system), then call Brummell’s for a second opinion. A service call charge is worth not letting your system be down for years or paying thousands and thousands of dollars. This unit was used for a area of the home we rarely used. But if you want piece of mind or being certain your not taken advantage of, then call Brummell’s. Now that I know that there is a company that doesn’t take advantage of people I will be exclusively using Brummell’s.

Mr. Brummell came out on Saturday afternoon and knew in just a few minutes what the problem was. Fixed it and was only here about 30 minutes. He also identified a potential future issue and corrected it while he was at it. Super personable and very nice.
Brummell came on a holiday and replaced my whole unit, after going 5 days without A/C, and having them show up early the morning of installation, was awesome. We have used them for several years, and will continue to use them. They are great people and very helpful.
Honest straight forward guys, came and looked at my unit and replaced everything that day... cleaned the parts that didn't need to be replaced and ac is blowing colder than it ever has.....definitely worth more than the 5 stars I gave him!!!!

Very happy with the service. Called today and was told they would be out in about a hour and a half. He was here before that, repaired my AC and was gone within 2 and 1/2 hour from first call. I would highly recommend Brummell and happy to give 5 Stars.
Wonderful customer service! Very efficient and knowledgeable as well as honest. I'm thankful he could fix the old ch/ca in my double wide, most wouldn't even attempt it and quoted me pricing to just replace it! They also worked with me on a payment plan. Highly recommend!!
