It's hard to find someone on a weekend and Polar Air had no problem dispatching a tech to our house on a HOT RGV Saturday! Art was great and very detailed/informative of the issue we had with our A/C. Got us going again in no time!!
Was very impressed with how quick Polar Air arrived at my house after the initial call. Technician was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he found and what needed to be done to resolve the issue. Another thing that was noticed was the high quality of tools and instruments that were used to diagnose the system. Great experience working with Polar Air. Would highly recommend for any and all Hvac needs.
I called Polar Air for service, and Art came out same day. He did an installation of a new A/C condenser/compressor system and it worked great. Art is a super nice, hard working man. Definitely recommend Polar Air for A/C needs!

Called to have them give us an estimate to repair or replace our mini split. Said they would be here 5/17. They called us and had to reschedule for 5/18 at 11 am. They were a no show and no call by 1:45pm. Bad customer service. As an update they rescheduled for 8:30 this morning and were here on time. Cosmo was very apologetic and professional.
I was pleased that the consultant, and subsequent installation crew were always on time. The quality of work was exceptional and I am overall very pleased with everything.
Just OUTSTANDING. Residential A/C. A/C not cold. Did not sleep well. I called at 7:50 AM Saturday 05/06/2023. A real Person answered. Nice Gal that actually works for them. No virtual Assistant BS here and I'll get back to you. Scheduled for same day. (within less than an hour actually.) Before I knew it, I had Matthew at my door and troubleshooting. He explained and showed me the issues, presented alternatives for replacement or repair. Talked real money and I appreciated that. Matthew fixed my 15+ year old unit in less that 2 hours with new parts that were in his Service Vehicle. You are paying for years of Experience and expertise. You are hiring an EXPERT, not some shade tree "A/C Guy" that will F-IT-UP doing it on the side. Well, worth the price even with the weekend rates. "My choice on the weekend." Highly Recommended! Experts in the HVAC Industry. This is my Go-to Company from now on in the RGV. Thanks To Matthew and Polar Air in Pharr, Texas!
Outstanding service by our HVAC technician Alex. He arrived quickly and took care of the issue in a timely manner. Our A/C was not cooling due to a clogging issue and the south Texas heat is brutal! I truly appreciate Alex coming and helping us out in such short notice. He went above and beyond and made sure every vent was blowing cool air and communicated with us every step of the way. Very professional, informative, and kind gentleman. We will definitely be using Polar Air (Alex) for any future repairs/projects. Thank you so much!

Replaced sensors. For the first time ever our overflow pan drained water away from the unit in our attic. A sure sign the drain was plugged that normally drains off condensed water. Had asked them to check everything while they were here. Said all was fine. The very first technician we had a couple of years ago was excellent and very thorough. Never had him back on the regular check ups. Wonder now if anyone has been clearing the drain line. Drain line has now been cleared. Polar air very responsive to correct concerns. Continued services have been selected. All is good.
