I would not consider using anyone else for repair or maintenance! The repair techs are always clean, polite and explain everything they need to do and why. I've used them for many years and have not had an issue with any of their work.
This company always gives the best service. The technicians that they send are always prompt and very courteous and don't leave a mess behind.

My technician was Cesar and I felt like I hit the lottery receiving him. It is rare that you find a good, honest, patient and thorough individual these days and he was ALL of those things. I would highly recommend this company and it will be a no brainer who to use in the future. Ms. Lety was also amazing setting up my appointment. Overall this company definitely was a 5 star service this go around.
Did a great job with installation and maintenance
The technician was nice and answered my questions, but said he would have to talk to his master installer to discuss our preferred solution. That's been about two weeks now, and I haven't heard from them. I assume they either are or aren't able to provide me with the preferred solution, or have just lost me in their paperwork, but we will not be using their services.

The maintenance contract for your AC is a good value. It includes 2 inspections-shape up of your home’s environmental controls. One for AC, and later in the year, the furnace (which they also installed). Highly recommended!!
Very professional technician.
Cother replaced our heating and AC in January. They even voluntarily returned in warmer weather to confirm the cooling system was working efficiently. We had an excellent experience and can fully recommend Cother!

Your employee, Jose Deluna was very professional. He clearly identified the problem and quickly made the repair. Cost was a little high. I could have found a contractor to make the repair at a lower cost but I would not receive the reliability of services offered by Cother.
Cother Air has taken care of our Air Conditioning and Heater Units for many years. They are reliable and provide great services at reasonable rates with good response times.
I have Cother's maint plan. If you have a need like I did today, heater down, money well spent!
