Cory was very professional and quick with fixing my AC.
The House temp. can not be cooled down below 85. after he left about 3 The air from the ceiling air vent is not cold enough and not blows hard enough. He only fixed the Capacitor. He was in very hurry up and not check others.
AC broke down in the midst of a heat wave. They came out and fixed me up under warranty. What more could I ask for?

Brown A/C is always great to deal with; they are professional, friendly, and accommodating. For this call, my A/C went out on Friday, after 5:00, but I was able to get in touch with someone immediately by t/c, and a technician was out the next day (Saturday). The communication was great, and I was notified early Sat. with a window of arrival. I rec'd text msgs w-status update. Brown A/C is who I use on my Galveston beach condo (unit went out in mid-summer, and I had a brand new unit within three days (the delay was because I had my outside unit coated to protect from salt air), and now, they have my service on my house in Santa Fe. Very affordable, and they can be trusted.
Cole was my service person. He was nice. Got the AC drip pan drained quickly and we are cool again 🙌🏻
Tech provided wrong diagnosis that cost $1200. Hired another company and the only issue with my AC unit was my thermostat itself! They provide the window time of their estimated arrival THE DAY OF the appt!

The technician Cory Weber who came to my house was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. The office was another story. The attitude was like they were doing me a favor and would do so on their terms and time and I could like it or lump it. I had to call out a young lady on the very sharp tones she was using . A broken AC in triple digit weather and there wasn't an iota of compassion or any effort to expedite repairs. Rather it seemed like they took the longest route possible to get to the repairs. But for being sent by my warranty company I would never use them again.
My experience with Mr Charlie and his staff is always professional and dependable.
The Technician Corey was Great very nice and concerned. In the future I will request this company for my Air and Heating issues.
Had Cory from.Brown AC come to diagnose an AC through the American Home Shield warranty company (that was blowing hot air). Cory was very unprofessional in his conduct as when I asked him questions about his findings, he ignored me or gave evasive answers just to end the conversation. I had no understanding of what was wrong with the AC by the end of his visit or what the next plan of action would be. He was sarcastic at times with me when I was telling him about what I had noticed before the AC shut down. I was then informed by email that I would receive a phone call within 24 hours. Cory nor Brown AC have ever called me to indicate his findings or what happens next. I did go to AHS website to find this diagnosis as the reason for denial and that the case had been closed out! Here is verbatim his “diagnosis”: LEAK IN THE SYSTEM MISSING CAPS TECH SAID HE THINKS ITS THE KING VALVE THE SYSTEM IS EMPTY ON FREON BUT BC OF CAPS AHS denied my claim based on this diagnosis counting on that I would know nothing about ACs. First, the “caps” are put on a part such as the King valve to protect the part from dirt & grime within that part, only when a leak is already present. Caps do not cause the leak nor drain the system of freon as implied in his diagnosis. What I think the technician was stating was he suspected a leak in the King valve but apparently never even tested the system to see where the actual leak is located as it is not indicated where the actual leak is located in his “diagnosis”. This is all occurring during the Texas heat alerts & both Brown AC and AHS has left me in a sweltering house with 5 pets even though I have supposedly the Platinum coverage through AHS! Neither Brown AC nor American Home Shield have been honest with me & the treatment I have received has caused physical & emotional distress. I had joined AHS so I could avoid contractors like this.
I would have given a five star. But some my fault for not reading the contract. They added concrete slab, and cinder blocks in the quote. About 600 dollar add on. Neither items was needed due to slab was already there. Like I said some my fault. But the service was very good and employees did a great job on housekeeping and very professional. I would highly recommended this company.
I found Brown A/C thru our home warranty company AHS. Whenever i have an issue I always request or call them directly. Very professional and acknowledgeable. If you want a good job done call Brown A/C for all your needs.
