Very professional service company for my heater. They kept open communication throughout the process and kept me informed of what was causing the issue with my heater. They answered my questions and was patient with helping me program my heater thermostat (which I had never learned to do). They were very prompt and flexible with scheduling the appointment which was helpful for me on a Saturday. Cedric was the technician for my a/c. He was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the problem and gave me tips for how to avoid the same problem in the future. I would recommend them to everyone.
The young man sent to my home was very professional and got the job done. Actually he worked above and beyond the call of duty. It started raining and he never stopped. My home warranty had sent out another company that kept getting paid for never doing the job. Was paid three times and we were still suffering in the heat. Air Mechanical came and now we are enjoying the cool air and cold if we want it. The gate came apart as we were standing there with the wind and he fixed it, how nice of him. I would recommend them to family and friends. Satisfied customer!!!!!
I called a a/c company out to fix my air conditioner and they told me i needed a new unit but i wanted a second opinion so i called these guys and guess what they had my a/c blowing in about a hours time. 5 Stars

I have a home warranty and my dual capacity went out and Noah Chavez came out and did 5 minutes worth of work and said we owed $350 for thr service and that our home warranty wouldn't cover it. So I paid him, and I found out later from my home warranty it should have been covered for nothing. I contacted the owner and it took several weeks but he refunded the money. He was very nice and drove out to my house personally to apologize.

Update: Both ac units completely failed in 10/2015. Back in Sept. 2014 I was advised by AirCon technician that the excess Froen would cause the ac units to fail prematurely. Sure it seemed to be the case. They were only 10-years old. I replaced both units. So expensive. AVOID! 9/2014 I like to give it a zero star if there is such a selection. Back in May 2014 one of the ac units wasn't cooling properly. Air Untied was hired because it was contracted by my home warranty company. The technician added 9 lb of Freon to two ac units (2-ton and 4-ton) even though I requested to fix just the 4-ton unit. Four months later when the tenant moved out, I found cooling was very slow. This time I hired AirCon (five-star rated company per Google review). I was told both units had too much Freon. The technician released quite a bit of Freon in front of me. The ac appeared to be working normally since then. The AirCon technician told me that the compressors might had been damaged due to Froen over charging.
This review if for Cedric Amos of Air United 4U - Cedric was very professional and on-time. He explained everything and even showed me the old parts. He also showed me how to save money with a service contract and how to maintain the unit myself if I wanted to. (I don't) Anyways he is very trustworthy and honest and I would recommend him to my own family!
