The tech did a great job. Diagnosed the problem quickly and checked the rest of the system. He cleaned the outside unit very well and got the AC back up and running in short order. He was respectful of us and our home. We are very happy with the service.

Techs Kirt Kincaid and Walter Robinson were prompt, professional and courteous They arrived as on time and and quickly diagnosed the a/c problem after a thorough check of my A/C system. Quality work and reasonable price for my repairs. I will definitely use Air Tech of Pasadena for my HVAC needs and further recommend their services to others going forward. Additionally, Homer Guerrero and his partner came back to install the compressor, drier and condenser without any difficulties. He was knowledgeable and gladly answered all my questions as I looked on to watch them make the repairs promptly My AC unit is working great now. The techs have always been polite, respectful of your home, always on time, and communicate with you on what the issues are and how they should be repaired, costs, etc. I’ve been with this company for several years now, I highly recommend Air Tech.
The employee Kane was by far the most compassionate individual that I have encountered at any business. He was courteous, polite, and very attentive. I assure you if all of your employees were like him….your business would be known in every household. I will be telling EVERYONE that I come in contact with about your business and Kane in particular. He deserves a raise in my opinion.
