The young man helping me was extremely professional and courteous. He went straight to work and made sure I understood everything that was going on as he went. When it was clear the first appointment set was not going to happen, the company called and let me know rather than to leave me hanging and wondering! They offered a discount on the next project they do for me as compensation for my patience and rescheduling. Kudo's to this business and this young man. They have my business.
Caleb, the service technician, was extremely knowledgeable and excellent in his presentation of the problems and solutions associated with my HVAC system replacement.
The office staff was very nice. I was first told a technician could not come to look at my mother's air conditioning until the following day, but when I mentioned she was 90 years old, they sent Caleb that very afternoon. Caleb was very kind and professional. He sat down and explained everything to us and took the time to work up estimates and email them to me. Thank you!!
Jaxon came out to my house to clean my evaporator coil in my inside unit, he was professional and helpful.
Luis and Jasper were professional, courteous, and all around great guys. Fixed us up in record time and at a very reasonable rate. They don't take advantage of you. THE BEST!!!!!!

We had our system replaced last summer by Hall Heating and Air. Great company and we loved the customer service! We used their maintenance plan and Jasper came out and cleaned our air filtration, rinsed our condenser, and double checked everything! Would recommend to anyone!
The company I work for had a new ac unit installed today. Their associates, Jasper, Jacob, Jose, Holly, and Luis were all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They cleaned up and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend the company and their staff. Thanks for keeping us cool this summer!
These four gentlemen, Jose, Diego, Carson, and Jacob, did an amazing job installing our new systems today. Jose and Diego had zero problem with being around my dogs, which is so rare, my dogs even liked them. They stayed late just to be sure everything was working properly and answer all of our questions. All four were professional, friendly, and as tidy as possible. My house is finally cool and comfortable again. I am extremely grateful to these young men, Caleb, and Hall Heating & Air for being here for us! I would highly recommend!!
Jaxon, Denny and Jose installed our new furnace system and also blew in insulation above the attic. They were very professional and courteous. Denny took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me how everything worked. Thank you so much!!!
The folks at Hall are very professional and courteous. Luis explained everything in a way that I could understand. Jose and Denny went out of their way to get the job done while being respectful of our home. Also I worked with management to resolve unforseen circumstances. This is a classy company to work with.
Excellent company! Zero complaints. Very responsive, courteous, great service. Caleb Dickerson and his assistant were extremely professional. Holley Hall was very prompt in scheduling and the customer is NEVER left in the dark concerning repairs and appointments. One cannot go wrong in hiring Hall Heating and Air !

Jaxon was amazing and very thorough he found our problem and showed us different options. His service was by far the best I have had.we will use Hall heating again 5/24/23 Jose and Denny were amazing and the install was excellent. They were very skilled and cleaned up the jobsite. I really appreciate the service this company has provided.
Jaxon was extremely helpful during the process of deciding to purchase new units for our house walked us through the entire process. During installation the team asked for input and followed instructions. Can’t thank Denny, Jasper, Damian, and Jose enough for staying late and have our system install completed in 2 days.
Caleb was fabulous. On time, professional and very trustworthy. We talked about pros and cons and when might be a good time to make upgrades. He's very knowledgeable about the HVAC field. We hope he becomes a forever friend ❤️ we simply adore him.
Our ac was not coming on so we called Hall and Caleb came out to see what the problem was. Caleb recommended to install a new heater/ac since our unit was so old. So Hall installed a new heating/ac unit. The techs, Denny and Carson were awesome. They were friendly and worked steadily to get the job done in one day. Also it was very nice that Hall has financing available.
WOW WOW WOW!! Hall Heating and Air did an AMAZING job. It started with Holly in the office. She was so kind and understanding with all my demands 🤣 then Jaxon came out and did a thorough evaluation and provided an extensive report with multiple options. Hall’s offers financing which was a HUGE blessing especially with this being an unexpected cost. Prior to install, they communicated effectively the exceptions and met all of those and more. The crew (Denny, Jasper, Jose and Damian) did an amazing job at keeping my house as clean as possible for the work that was being done. They were very mindful of cleanup after day one even though work was going to be completed the next day. Jaxon called after day one to give an update which was very appreciated. My husband was very impressed at the end of day two because the house was all cleaned up and the crew was able to give an overview of the product and instruct him on how to use everything. We are so thankful for everyone on this team for working with us and making this overwhelming task just a little less stressful!!
