Great experience with 1st Express Hvac specialist... I called and Victor was at my home within 2 hours... Fast and job well done. He explained what was wrong with the A/C and fixed it quickly. Definitely will call him again.

Victor and his professional staff came to our home within a couple of hours of our first call to them, and it didn’t take long for them to show us what a terrible state of disrepair our old system (2011 installation) was in. Our ductwork was rotting away and moldy and our compressor, coils and blower fan were all on their last legs. They were at my door this morning and they have already torn out all of the old, disgusting ductwork etc., and have replaced it with a new larger unit inside and out. Same day service! Victor also took the time to show us exactly what was going on step-by-step and documented what was going on in the attic with pictures. The biggest bonus as far as I am concerned, is that they took the time to clean up and mop the floor before they left. This shows me that they care about their customers experience and for that reason alone I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again in the future. Thank you guys!
Amazing fast and accurate service! Honest info. about the issue being fixed! So grateful for weekend service and the price was very fair. We will use this vendor in the future no doubt! So glad we have someone we can trust to service our home AC units! Thank you again!

Amazing customer service! Victor performed a service call on a Saturday. He showed up on time and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation quickly, fixed the problem, and even explained how to prevent future issues.
Dec. 2020: Victor and Juan were very prompt and professional. I called and asked for a quote and they came out the same day to look at my AC units. The quote was reasonable and honest. They took pictures of the units and gave recommendations of how often they should be cleaned. I absolutely recommend using this local, reliable company. Dec. 2021/Jan. 2022: I reached out to Victor to see if he could come back to my house to service our air ducts and after multiple texts and 2 weeks later he got back to me to tell me that he wasn't able to help. Communication was horrible and completely disappointed in the service.

After my first HVAC appointment canceled on me 3 times in a row, I ended up looking for other options. Luckily, I stumbled upon Victor. I called him around 5:30PM today and he told me he'd be at my place to take a look. He showed up an hour later. Super friendly guy, great to do business with. Unfortunately, my AC motor was out. After telling me this, he told me he'd be back tomorrow, got in his car and drove away. Then 5 minutes later he called me to say that he made a phone call and was able to find the motor and he'd be able to install it later in the evening. Sure enough, Victor came back around 10PM with a new motor, fixed my AC, AND still managed to show me a few tips on how to better upkeep my equipment. I cannot recommend Victor enough. As a new home owner, he has been a true blessing. Hire Victor, you won't be disappointed!
Woke up to our AC acting up, called and they were able to come out within a few hours. Took video of work before and after, gave us tips to maintain our air conditioner. Very affordable, friendly and would HIGHLY recommend.

The technician visited my property, inspected the ducts, AC unit, and any ventilation system defections. He ultimately recommended that I do not proceed with cleaning services for the time being. I appreciate the technician’s honesty, as he could have easily recommended unnecessary work be done.
1st Express HVAC installed a complete residential system at our home in April of 2021. When installed initially it had to be replace because it didn't work to begin with. It was replaced , fast forward 6 months, to find out the heater doesn't work. When contacting them I was told I had to pay a "warranty fee" of 95$ even though it's under the 1 year and still under warranty. Now that we have the time and money to fix it he isn't answering our calls. We got a second opinion and was told the heating element was too small for our home and and a part of the unit wasn't installed right and was simply taped on Even if it was replaced it wouldn't heat our home well. In short we had to pay 300$ to have it fixed by someone else. If you need AC service I would do your diligence and look somewhere else.
They came by my place in July (2021). I was in the middle of cleaning & packing for a move when the air conditioning stopped. They were able to get there in no time and it only took them 10 minutes to identify & fix the problem. They were super courteous & professional and saved the day!
These guys replaced my water heater after being no-showed by several other companies in the area. They showed up about 15 mins after we called them. It’s hard to find professional work here, but look no further. These guys were super professional, thorough, and quick. They took the time to explain things in English and Spanish for my wife and I to fully understand. Superb work gentlemen!
