Lloyd Mangum is a great guy! Hes very knowledgeable and freindly. I have used him several times in the last 13 years. This last time i needed my drip pan replaced and he said that the drip pan is a back up and the real problem was a clogged drain. He showed me everything and unclogged the drain and told me how to do it all myself if it ever happens again. Then He replaced the pan and installed a backup safety float switch that will prevent any future water damage if the drain ever gets clogged again. Hes very honest and will always charge you what in my opinion was too little. I had to in good concious pay him extra. If you need an honest ac repair man call Lloyd Mangum. If another company gives you a crazy quote and says your AC unit is toast call Llyod for a 2nd opinion. Five stars!!!
