Justin came in and repaired my A/C unit within minutes. He was very knowledgeable and honest as well as professional. He will be the only one I call for any HVAC issues!!

My house in Temple had an AC go out a few years ago and I called who I thought was the best in town. That experience ended up being over priced and installed incorrectly. Justin and Bob Jay's came out and took a look at the total system and let us know the right way to fix things. They didn't take short cuts and the systems working great now. We trust them, they shot us straight, and were fair. We hope to not need anything other than regular maintenance, but if we do, they will be back.

Bob Jay's is an outstanding HVAC company who was my my choice of bid contracts to replace my HVAC system with the BEST quality unit on the market today Daikin. I have used Bob Jay's for about 3 years and will continue to used them in future from Jenifer in the office, to Justin, Zack 1, and Zack 2 they are all knowledgeable, very courteous, professional, and listen to what your issue is or what you want to give you the peace and satisfaction of a job well done with quality and assurance it's done right. I am so very happy Justin introduced me to the Daikin units and help me find the one that better fit my homes needs. Justin, Zack 1, and Zack 2, came this morning and I am the proud owner of a Daikin Fit Heat Pump & Daikin Variable speed Air Handler with Daikin One Thermostat. It is the most pleasing to the eye system I have ever seen. The Bob Jay's crew toady work right through lunch were very respect of my home, very clean, picking up as the went along, and went the extra mile in reinforcing the plywood floor and adding extra vent. Bob Jay's are not just 5 star company they are 5 stare plus 10 in my book, check them out and you will see that 40 some odd years experience I have come to know. The process of fixing the HVAC unit was a journey to say the least. I called Bob Jay's based off the review and I was not disappointed in the least bit. Justin....professional is putting it lightly and I say that because he took the time to educate me on how the issue came about and how to prevent it in the future. Because of Justin we will not call anyone else to come and work on any of our Heating and Air Conditioning issues. I will definitely recommend Bob Jay's to everyone.

I cannot recommend Bob Jay’s enough. This was my first time utilizing their services. My AC stopped working unfortunately on a very hot day. Calling to get someone out was super quick and easy, excellent customer service. Justin came out in less than an hour and fixed them problem in record time. Very quick, affordable, professional, knowledgeable. I highly recommend, if I ever have an issue I know who to call!
I moved back to Texas 5 years ago and had a problem with the a/c closet. I called around, stumbled on Bob Jay's and have used them for all of my HVAC needs ever since. Justin Craig is the absolute best and explains exactly what went wrong and what he will do to fix it. His approach towards making sure he's of service is incredible. Bob Jays were professional and and fast. Once my new system came in they had it installed quickly and efficiently, and they hauled away the old one for me. They answered all my questions and helped me set up the new unit to run efficiently, they are still there to answer questions if need be. Would recommend.

Old heat pump died and Justin checked out the system and determined we needed a new heat pump. Justin explained new systems to me and I ordered a complete system. Justin and his team installed a new system which is working great. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend Bob Jay’s to everyone.

I called Bob Jay's because of their excellent reviews from their customers. Safe to say that I was not disappointed. Justin arrived on time on the scheduled date; I was even contacted shortly before his arrival. With no background in HVAC, I was able to explain the problem with my system to Justin who was able to walk me through my various options while answering all my questions along the way. Justin promptly got to work, and was finished in no time. He even brought up several things I was not aware of about my system. I was originally quoted for about $3000 by another company, but the final cost ended up being far lower than that. I'm glad I choose Bob Jay's to repair my AC. Thanks Justin for all of your help!
Mr. Justin Craig from Bob Jay’s Heating and Air Conditioning installed a 4-ton 16 seer Daikin Fit Heat Pump system at our home. Along with the new air conditioner, Justin corrected an air flow deficiency by installing an additional air return and ductwork. He also brought the system up to code and replaced the thermostat. Daikin provides a 12 -year parts, 12-year unit replacement, and 2-year labor warranty. On our 16 seer unit I had the option to purchase a labor contract through Daikin which would extend my labor warranty to 12-years. The 12-year parts and unit replacement warranty is uncommon and very refreshing in the air conditioning industry. It must be noted that for the system to be eligible for replacement under the warranty provided by the manufacturer, Daikin requires proof of regular yearly maintenance. The excellent work done by Justin has solved our air conditioning needs. Customer service and timely responses to requests for information are the trademark of Justin’s work. I would recommend Bob Jay’s and Justin Craig for any air conditioning work you need done. Thank you Justin!
