Absolutely amazing service. Got to talk with Mr. Craig for a little bit while he was at my home changing out my fan motor. He is a caring person that just wants to help people out. I will always recommend him to anyone that needs help. When I replace my system he will be the one I call without a doubt.

Had a new AC unit installed recently. Craig was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and reasonable.
Do not be fooled with all the perfect reviews. To be told he had over 30 years of experience with leaks. As a true, honest businessman who cared about the customer no matter the skin color/gender etc. should have given equal customer satisfaction. Instead if your not worthy of his services he will fill your unit with freon knowing it has a leak. When called, told & asked about diagnosing the leak and given a response of $95 fee. He even asked & verified again 30 mins before the arrival about the leak on the unit. Instead, he ignored the conversation and took it upon himself to handle it the way he wanted to and decided on his own to take the fast easy way and not have to be bothered with doing the proper work he knows should have been done. Three phone calls and each call was about finding the leak and he failed to do the services the proper way that were asked to be done & he knows should have been done as he does other customers. RIP OFF... WOW. Yes do not be fooled by all the perfect reviews. I did not get that perfect service I imagined and was fooled by those perfect reviews. I was not worthy of his time, expertise nor 30 years of knowledge and was shown. It's amazing how companies treat each customer differently for whatever the reason is in their minds. WOW
Mr. Craig came out to my house the same day I called him due to issues on my Pioneer mini split that I had installed myself. He was able to find a manufacturer defect on one of the internal components of the unit which I never would've found! He did a great job and didn't give up until he got me up and running correctly. Definitely recommended!
Mr. Craig was a professional and kind hearted gentleman. It was after hours called and told what was the problem he came within 30 minutes. We had no heat the thermostat screen was black did no what to do so I called him .He came back the next morning and replaced compactor a new thermostat
Was truly a miracle for us!! We were in a major bind and he came in and saved us!! Highly recommend this company!!

Long story here. So after recently buying a house in January of this year, this summer had us experiencing some AC troubles. Using American Home Shield and two separate companies...no one could get to the bottom of what the true problem really was. Finally, $3500 out of pocket on things that may or may not have truly needed to be done, and a complete system replacement...we were still feeling the heat. After having enough, I decided to call Craig's out of pocket and see what he could do. He came out immediately and without hesitation on a late Saturday afternoon, and within five minutes of being in my house, figured out what countless hours and 2 other companies with their 5 different techs couldn't. Within 45 minutes or so, our AC unit has never worked better. He also texted and called after the visit to assure everything was working properly and refused to charge me until he was confident we were satisfied and the problem was properly fixed. I can't recommend this guy enough. Call him now!
A friend of mine had an AC unit installed by Craig A/C a few weeks ago. He mentioned to me that I had to give them a try. When it came time for me to install a new Unit I called Craig. They came out assessed my needs, gave me a great price, ordered the unit on the spot, and did the install in the next few days. AC staff was very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My home required some modifications with the duc work because a section of the house was not cooling very well. Craig made recommendations and my house is now cooling like it did when I moved in 30 years ago. If you are looking for a highly qualified and professional group for a new install or service at a good price, this is your company! JMB
Complete replacement of heating/ac system and all parts in and outside. Two crew's were here from 7am to 1pm and worked nonstop. Saw what they replaced in attic and outside . Great job, very affordable. I had quoted out with most a/c companies in area.. Very happy with quality of work, professional workers and products installed.
This company does great work and very knowledgeable and explained what was needed and shared my options to move forward. Left my home very clean. The crew was a pleasure to have in my home . Very happy to have had them in my home in Groves Texas

Work started within one day of initial quote, which was very reasonable. Bryan's crew were friendly, accommodating, and focused. The install from start to finish was only 4 hours with Mr Craig being present and able to answer any questions we had. Can't recommend this company enough , would give them 6 stars!

When it was time to replace my central AC, I considered multiple local contractors and Craig AC was by far the most responsive and genuine company to work with as well as the most reasonably priced. Bryan, the owner of the company, came out the next day and made recommendations based on what I actually needed instead of recommending work that was not necessary like other quotes I received. Bryan was very helpful when answering all my questions, verified there were no issues with the existing ductwork, and cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend Craig AC and I will use them again in the future. They were a pleasure to work with.
