Michael Gessner is the backbone of the company. He trains his staff well. If I have a problem he may send one of his son's. All his staff are amazing. They've done very well for us. Give them a call if you have heating or AC problems. Even if you need a Generac Generator. When we loose Electricity it switches so fast we don't know it's running. I recommend you use Gessner. If you get to meet Michael Gessner you're in for a treat.
Responds timely to service calls. Professional, understand customer needs! Have used Gessner air on a couple of occasions. Service prices seem fair for services performed.

I can't say enough good things about this group. They stayed to repair our AC issue until it was fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable group. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Signed up and paid for "deluxe membership (Fall and Spring clean and check)" service for two units. The contract included 16 specific cleaning and inspection items as well as filter replacement. The tech was in and out in 20 minutes. He carried what looked like a cleaner spray bottle, no tools. Not sure how he completed 16 checks on two systems in 20 minutes. Also did not replace filters. Said he would be back in a couple days to replace but it's been 10 days and counting and no filters. Poor service. Find someone else.
Great service and on time
We have lived in Grimes Co for 15 years - Gessner is the ONLY AC company that professional - always answers the phone, always responds and always fixes stuff for a good price - AND conducts preventative maintenance. A topgun company !!!
We needed extensive upgrading to our system and their extensive knowledge about commercial systems helped us decide to heavily invest in a new system that would be more dependable and provide cost savings on our electric bill. It has been a few months now and we are seeing savings. I also appreciate the service after the sale, which is the most important thing to me. I recommend Gessner at every opportunity.
They were quick to come out for an urgent, last minute repair and had the a/c fixed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Gessner!

Just recently purchased a home and Navasota and the AC was having issues I call Gessner air and heating and between Ross and their technicians they were able to take care of the ac issue professionally courteously and in a timely manner.

They did my annual furnace inspection today, and did a damn fine job. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything in easily understood terms. That's good for me, because my wife was asking questions I could answer, but I lack the skills to explain things in a way that makes sense to others. Either way, def going to have them come out in the spring to check out the A/C side!
From 5 stars to 1 star update. I've used gessner multiple times and had a good experience thus far. Unfortunately I called them Thursday to schedule a quote for a new unit because mine went down. I was told I would be getting a call back by the end of the day but definitely no later than today. It's almost 4 p.m. on friday And I called and spoke with the same receptionist she said the coordinator has been busy with a install for the past two days. As a return customer it's a shame I couldn't even recieve a phone call to schedule an appointment. Something that would take just a brief moment.
