Kevin the technician called on his way over to get a description of the issue and correctly diagnosed the problem before he arrived. Had the bad part replaced and running in 15 minutes.

We had excellent experience with Betz. We combined 2 systems that were 25 years old into one bigger and much more efficient system. We added heat pumps for efficient heating and cooling. That saved us 30-40% over having to replace 2 systems. We had bids from Costco (Crawford services) that were double the price. This is that small business you search for on google that has it all…excellent service, quality, and pricing. Skip the up-sellers from TV and go with Betz for all your heating and cooling needs.
Dave always comes through with excellent response time and great quality work. You are crazy if you don't use Betz for all your AC needs :)
Kevin at Betz is awesome--used them for pre-season maintenance then when when had problem they showed up in less than 24 hrs and went over and above to get the system working right away---you can always count on Betz!
They were able to fit us in the same day we called, and fixed the problem in one visit. The unit was working again less than 8 hours after I called.

Dave Betz with Betz heating and air was on time, quiet, and professional. I had kids asleep and they couldn’t even tell he was in the attic. His inspection of both the upstairs and downstairs units were extremely thorough. He took the time to explain each issue he found and the recommendations to correct each one. I knew I had an issue with our upstairs unit and thought it needed to be replaced, but Dave did not try to sell me a new unit instead giving me other avenues to pursue if I wanted. I liked the professionalism and thoroughness that Betz heating and air provided and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
