Rude ..pure hatred. This is not related to any sales of their product. But a young lady which is my friend with a dog came over today she look defeated and hurt and she told me.... she asked for a cup of water,from this place and her dog needed some very badly. It was very warm outside. They walk we were they need to go. And had been walking looking for work all morning. The rude reply was you could have went a thousand other places other than here to ask for that!!! Very mean. No matter her social status, or her situation. It was very... i cant even find the words for this. Uncalled for. They were not busy. Noone was there. Im not sure how to reply to your message but the store is located in mount Vernon tx

All three of the technicians that we have had out here have been very professional, thorough and friendly. My system is working much better not that it’s cleaned and tuned up.
the man that answered the phone was very rude and very unprofessional he does not back up anything anyone promises and talks on there behalf like they have no word I will not be calling them back ever again

Ive used them a couple of times. They try to get to you as quickly as they can. Pablo and his assistant are friendly and helpful. They know their jobs and do them well. They do a good job at reasonable rates. I'll be using them again.

We came home to no AC Friday night. I did all I could to trouble shoot. I then called Jon Wayne at 8pm expecting to get an answering machine. A very polite woman answered and sounded like she cared about my problem. About an hour later Pablo called asking if he needed to come by after his current house. This was late Friday night. I did not expect someone to ask to come out and repair our AC late Friday night. I told him we could manage for the night and before 8 am the next day he had called to tell me he was on the way. Pablo showed up and was very polite and professional. He asked where the unit was and got strait to work. He found the problem, fixed it, I was able to pay on his iPad, got an email receipt, and he was off to the next house in less than 40 minutes. Incredible service.
Upon retiring 20 years ago and moving to Mt. Vernon, I missed working and Jon Curtis asked me to help out in the store and go out to assist when needed. I knew from those two summers that this was a fine outfit. When ever I need help I request Andy Curtis to be my help support. It was the week before the holiday and Andy came out only to tell me that my unit finally gave up the ghost after 21 years. We had company coming in and needed a quick fix. They had one missing part for the complete installation. The crew of three came out early to avoid the attic heat. They were gone at noon and I thought I lost them. They waited for the part to be delivered and four of them finished the installation by 6:30 p.m. My company was pleased. These folks are tops and can really make things happen for you.
