Installed a mini split for our attic room. Did not try to over sell . Joseph was prompt in getting started and work was very neat. He takes pride in his finished project. This is the second time we have used Omni Air.

Started my day at midnight the night prior realizing the AC way blowing warm air. 8am called Air Tech and arranged a tech to come out, tech arrived on time and was here for 5-10 min and declared the system was outdated, irreparable and needed replaced. I was quoted between 18-23k and was reassured there is absolutely no fixing that 19yr old unit. Honestly, OMNI Air was a call just to price check a new system and get second quotes…. Joseph insisted he come out to have a look and get a better picture of things. He arrived and in 10 min said “well I think we can fix it” he then said I’ll be right back. Went to grab the right parts, put them in and the unit is back up and cooling. Then he took the time to show me how to clean the unit and walked me through the AC 101. I can tell you not only was I very impressed at his attention to detail, but all his knowledge and willingness to teach leaves a legacy. Because of his willingness to try, my family is sleeping with cool nights again. I’ll be updating the system in time and I certainly WILL be going to OMNI Air for the work. Lastly, I have been in Texas for two years and this was the first time I crossed paths with a business leader you practice’s honesty and integrity over everything. Thank you Joseph.
Joseph comes out and checks out my HVAC in the Spring & Heating system in the winter. He is very thorough and very honest. I trust him completely with any repair & maintenance work. I would highly recommend him.
