ONEWAY Heating and Air Conditioning was able to repair our air conditioner on a Saturday morning after a very short notice. The HVAC technicians were very professional. Great company! We’ve used them multiple times over the years. Our AC went out on a hot holiday weekend and they were here within a couple of hours! Everyone is super friendly and so helpful. Communication was a breeze via text, keeping me up to date with an arrival time. They are up front with pricing. Our tech was very knowledgeable, explained the problem and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend them :)

One way was able to get us in next day from calling. Very rare for any company to do next day. But this is not a guarantee that this will happen on every occasion. 😉 Isaac did a wonderful job chasing down an issue and fixed. We had 2 other companies try to fix prior that didn’t find the issue. Erazmo and his son went out of their way to make sure that our AC unit was back online during a remarkable summer heat wave. Our situation ended up being a simple fix, afterwards Erazmo took the time to check a number of other parameters to ensure the rest of the system was functioning properly. I thought they carried themselves with great professionalism and compassion. It was sure nice to get our air conditioner working again and to experience great customer service. Give them a call!
Called them at 7am today - they were at my house before 8am, diagnosed my issue (faulty compressor), replaced it, inspected the rest of the system, tested it and had cold air on before 9am. Amazing response at a time of year when AC is desperately needed around here. Thanks!
Technician knew immediately what the problem was and had my unit working in no time. He went out of his way to make sure my vents were open for proper air flow, which one of them I hadn't had air flow at all! Very polite and my dog loved him so it was easier on all of us!
Alonzo is always timely and helpful. After looking at our a/c issues he determined it had to be a main power issue. Sure enough our electrical provider confirmed there was an issue they were working on. Always professional, always timely, and great service.
Well, I HAD some issues w my AC in my new apartment, the last tenant was a HEAVY Smoker and oh my GOODNESS… I tried EVERYTHING! Once Mr. Alonzo and his hardworking son, Israel came in… my problems have been resolved and I will continue to use these guys! I messaged them at 730 in the morning and they responded by 8 to let me know I was on their schedule for tomorrow. With this heat, I was grateful. Then they called around noon to let me know that they could send a tech within the hour. Joel arrived was friendly and respectful. He listened to my concerns and got right to work. Joel explained the issue and was upfront and honest about what needed to be done. He told me to let them know if I had any further issues. I will definitely give them a call if I have any heating or a/c issues in the future. Thank you!
